I would give NOCO Distillery 10 stars if I could! The spirits are superb, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the vibe is unparalleled. We’ve never had a bad drink (you seriously can’t go wrong). Beyond the cocktails, it’s such a unique place and the thoughtful details throughout make every visit an experience. There are very few (if any) places in Northern Colorado that can compare when it comes to quality and ambiance. We hosted a small event at the distillery recently and we couldn’t have been happier with the entire process and event itself. Mo was a dream to work with and was extraordinarily kind and empathetic when we had to change dates due to a family emergency. Whether you’re looking for a place to host your next gathering, a unique date night or to impress your out-of-town guests, NOCO distillery will not disappoint!

Oh my goodness, the best time ever! The spirits are absolutely incredible! My favorite is the Noco Saffron Gin and Elderflower Tonic is the best! Enjoyed the experience! Highly recommended! Enjoy the vodka, rum, gin and whiskey and tokilya tequila! Go and enjoy! The owner is so informative and friendly!

Came in on a busy Thursday night but still got taken great care of! Hannah was super friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent drink selection and wide variety of whiskey and tokilya to choose from! We didn’t get to meet Sebastian this time as he was visiting family in Switzerland for the holiday season (which I’m very jealous of!) but we still have a great time here and I highly recommend it! Get a bottle when you’re there too!!
