Don't order online!!Half the time, you will get someone else's food or just the complete opposite of what you do order.

!! NOT GLUTEN SAFE !!This Noodles & Co locations seems to be staffed by individuals who truly do not care about their customer's food. The last two orders from this location have been subpar at best; scorched tofu, beef the texture of shoe leather, sauce all over the outside of the to-go packaging, the flavor of old fryer oil permeating everything. The kicker, however, is the fact that their "gluten friendly" pasta offerings are consistently mixed in with regular noodles. The first time it happened I chalked it up to a fluke and picked all of the spaghetti and elbows out of the GF pipette shells. However, the last order from this place the GF penne was mixed in with regular penne, and it wasn't until I was more than halfway through my meal before I realized what had happened.I know there are many people in this world who think gluten issues are made up by wimps, but I am now ill in bed because of their carelessness. Noodles has been my favorite take-out since 2006, but the quality has deteriorated to the point where we will not be eating here again.Dietary restrictions: They advertise gluten-friendly pasta, but the employees mix the noodles together.

For fast food, the Pad Thai was good. Unfortunately, even eating in the restaurant, the plates and utensils are nothing but throw-away plastics... lots of plastic.

Noodles & Co. used to be the place to get a nice pasta dish at a reasonable price. On my last visit, I paid $17 for a reduced size entree and tea. These are sit-down restaurant prices with servers waiting on you, not fast food, where the cashier expects a tip for punching in your order on a computer screen.Reduced size portions & higher cost means I won't be returning.

The staff were too busy socializing and took forever to make our to go food. When we got home to eat, the things we asked to onit, due to allergy, were in our food. Had to throw it

When the chain opened it served freshly prepared noodle dishes with care with nice bowls and cutlery. Now, they throw the noodles in a plastic disposable bowl and plastic fork. Just like a frozen dinner. So sad they’ve taken a great business and driven it into the ground.

It was ok. Good prices but only if you don't want any protein. Tried it for the first time yesterday because Thai Station was closed, and was kind of blown away by how exceptionally "meh" this was. I got the pad thai with tofu. Not bad enough for me to dislike it but not very good either. Not good enough for me to look forward to the next bite but not bad enough for me to stop eating entirely. Like, exactly in the middle. Like I said I was kind of amazed. Friends told me the menu items are very hit-or-miss so maybe I just didn't order the right dish. Probably won't be back to see if they were right though.

Naomi was incredibly rude and unprofessional after THEY messed up my order and her excuse was well it was JUST one mistake, I do not eat red meat I wanted chicken and given steak. I was unable to drive to get my food I was left paying for delivery and fees and a tip to not be able to eat my food, Naomi told me well you can order again to get it delivered to you….why would I pay double for their mistake? Very disappointing.

Normally the crew here is really nice. However tonight the younger girl with brown hair had an attitude and continuously gave my boyfriend and I dirty looks while taking our order. The noodles were undercooked and they gave us no utensils and there were none at the station. We also ordered dine in and all of our stuff was put in a bag.
