Thank you to the gentleman who helped me. Last week. He asked me what the occasion was for me purchasing the bundt cake. I told him that a friend had just lost his wife and I wanted to give our friend something unique and different from the flowers etc. I was shocked when the gentleman asked me what my favorite flavor was and he gave me a individual size cake as a gift. THAT is customer service. Something I absolutely did not expect but absolutely love and will remember that act of kindness always. Absolutely the best customer service. I called right at closing today and the person that helped me was great. Knowable and helpful with a change of my order.I first ran into reps of the store in Loveland at the sidewalk chalk event. They seemed genuinely nice people. Made me want to do business with them.
