My first time here. We came for dinner 4.25.24. No one greeted us when we sat down until 10 mins later...and we sat at the middle bar tables.. Our waiter came, then order our drinks and I had a unsweetened ice tea. The lemon that came with it was rotten and old. This shows that the waiter or whoever got my drink ready obviously didn't care to see the quality of lemon that was going to be serve. Silly, over a lemon so I didn't mention anything but still. Next, we got our food order in. My side salad came out and after pouring my dressing on it, I found a piece of plastic in my salad. Disgusting. I am now more disappointed of this place. Told the waiter and he apologized and got me a new one. Our pizza finally came out like 45 mins later and a different waitress brought it out to us.. we ordered the Chicago 7, and we're told they're out of olives. I was like okay fine whatever. Our waiter didnt bother about us until time to check out. Now, I would say pizza was okay. Guess, I was already over it with this place. My overall experience here was disappointing. All I ask is friendliness, smile, decent service and clean food. I still tipped more than what they deserved but I won't be back and won't recommend. Staff needs work.

Ordered a speciality pizza online a few months ago. Went to pick it up. Pizza was completely the wrong one. They did remake it but had to wait 30 min. Other times the pizza had been undercooked. Still have hopes for this place as we enjoy the food most of the time.

I think that overall I enjoyed my time here. We had a moderately sized group and we came at a late hour and service and food was still decent. There was some service mistakes such as a forgotten order for one of our party and a dish meant for another table was given to us. The forgotten order was given free of charge so I think that was completely fair compensation. Overall service was kind and good was still tasty so I can't really complain. I'd come back.Vegetarian options: Not many options. Maybe some salads ?

My husband and I went to your Fort Collins location this evening and had a plate of the regular nachos. I was very disappointed. The shredded cheese what little there was of it was stuck to the bottom, leaving us with dry chips that the toppings fell off of. I would love it if they would try using the beer cheese instead And would love to see a dollop of sour cream and possibly some shredded lettuce.

Worst food ever!!! got a pizza that was half cooked and was basically asked to deal with it. I would give 0 stars or negative but it will not allow me to. I called the restaurant to talk to a manager the next day and was again, basically brushed off and wasn't taken seriously. 7-11 pizza was better quality than that Half cooked pile of garbage they tried to serve me and my girlfriend, it was 26.99$ as well. I guess according to the "Kitchen Manager" they are having problems with food quality.
The food was above average and I enjoyed everything I ordered. Prices are a bit on the high side and the service was a little lacking. Had to ask for drinks several times. All in all a pretty good choice for some pizza. The pizza rolls are amazing! The wings are insanely priced for what you get so avoid those.
My family ate at the restaurant and waited 35 minutes for one of our appetizers to arrive. Our waiter apologized and told us that all delivery orders are prepared before any of the dine in orders (live and learn). He was very apologetic. The second appetizer came out with the pizza an additional 20 minutes later. Our pizza was way undercooked and not even hot. We did not eat it. It was a very frustrating experience and was supposed to be a special night for our family because we were visiting our college student and taking him out to dinner. It was difficult to pay a $70 bill for the worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant.
