I went in around 11:30 and all I wanted was a bagel and coffee. I didn't catch his name, but the man at the front with Team Lead on his name tag was fantastic. Friendly and helpful, and he found something nice to say about every person he helped. Thank you for making my day a little better.

Bought a chicken salad sandwich and a bowl of soup. No drink. Came to $23 dollars. The sandwich had about 2 tablespoons of chicken salad on a big piece of bread. Literally nothing at all but lettuce and some slices of tomato. Should be embarrassed to make a customer a sandwich this way for pretty high prices. Would not recommend or go back. Whoever made this sandwich doesn’t care about customers.

Very disappointed in the HOMEMADE Chicken soup! This can't be any simpler and there is NO excuse for NOT making a great basic Soup recipe. It had NO flavor and very little substance. This is not the first time that I have been disappointed in the flavor and value of a Panera product. I'd love to continue to support this company, but I can not.

I went into to Panera for breakfast for the first time a couple days ago. I was recommended by a friend who raved about a sandwich. Unfortunately, when I got home and took a bite it was missing the egg white. I looked at the receipt to make sure it had been on there and it was. I proceeded to call and speak to the manager Jaime. I wanted to give her a big shout out for being so kind and understanding about the situation and for offering solutions. I am happy to say I will be going back for breakfast at this Panera ?Dietary restrictions: Egg whites available
