Not sure how it took me so long to discover this spot but wow.. The drinks were great, highly recommend the cold fashioned, but enjoyed every one we tried. The sandwiches, amazing.. Wasn't hungry but grabbed the grocer to try, next thing I knew it was gone. Highly recommend!

Cute fun and hip! Not kid friendly...maybe as a coffee shop but not for cocktails at night. We had amazing service. Open kitchen concept and a split level dining area. Definitely has more cocktail bar/coffee shop/lounge vibes than restaurant per se. We had some excellent cocktails and the app platter and everything was very good. I'd return for happy hour!

Wow! This place is amazing. The food was so good; atmosphere was cozy; and the employees were so kind and invested in us having a good experience. I had the penicillin cocktail (and tasted the dear Nicky and coconut margarita, both also great) and then shared the baba ganoush and three favorites appetizers. Everything was delicious but the beet hummus was my favorite. Also had the brie sandwich; focaccia was great! We shared a slice of the Persian love cake, which I loved. Just a really wonderful experience, and I can't overemphasize how caring the employees were!

Had a great time at Persimmon last Saturday night! I love trying new places and, somehow, this establishment did not cross my radar until recently. They have built a reputation for quality craft cocktails and I thoroughly enjoyed my Darling Nikki. It was fresh and creamy with cucumber being the star of the drink. Beer and wine is also available. The food menu is limited to small plates and sandwiches but all 3 we selected were unique and tasty. The blistered shishitos were served with honey, the baked feta was topped with chilis and the dolmas were perfectly comforting with that hint of sourness. There are probably a dozen tables but we were seated immediately even on a weekend night. It definitely seemed like a great spot for a girls' night so I will be keeping that in mind for next time!

I’m frequently visiting this spot because they update the menu every few months! I just got the Affogato for the first time ever and my mind was blown with how delicate and delicious the flavor was! As a foodie, Persimmon gives me the options to feel like I’m traveling without going outside of Fort Collins!
