I have ordered on their website a handful of times. Never had an issue. I received my confirmation email stating my order will be delivered by 622 pm. It never showed up. I called and my order was just sitting there. They stated we are not able to leave to deliver and I should have used Door dash or grub hub well I never used them before to order their food. Then I was told we have bad service at times and sometimes they don't get the update and thru got a new system and that is whwre the disconnect happened. They offered to remake my food but I would have to pick it up. I ordered for delivery for a reason. As I enjoy their food. Their service sucks. I asked for my money back and was told I have to have a manager approve it. Wellmoney shouldn't have been pulled until the food was delivered.

Highly recommend this cute sandwich shop. The two girls working there were so nice to my boyfriend and I. Must try the shakes and cookies! specifically the oreo shake and the oatmeal chocolate chip raisin cookies:)

Couldn’t get the shake I wanted today because even though they had ice cream for shakes they were saving any ice cream for online orders. The manager, whose name was “Bee” made a snide comment about life not being fair and if I wanted ice cream to place an online order. Seems like this place could benefit from more mature managers who actually stock the restaurant properly and who don’t make customers feel bad for finding it bizarre that ingredients are reserved for online orders since they can’t manage their inventory properly.
