Went there on happy hour didn't get my drink 1/2 price when I told her I didn't get my drink 1/2 off she didn't know anything!! I suggest not hitting the Mary j if you can't handle it.

Got the #1. I'm not a huge meat fan so if I'm ordering a hamburger I'm really craving some serious protein. The service was great the girl was sweet, the environment was clean, never got out of the car so I cant say To much but I got my food and ate it really fast so I didn't gave time to get grossed out that it was cold the moment they brought it to me and I couldn't eat the last few bites it just fell apart from wet lettuce and tomatoe sliding things around. Food was kinda scary. Won't do that again any time soon. I also got a cherry limeade and a sonic blast, both hit the spot. Great place to stop for a refreshment, although I did notice they changed from the usual styrofoam cups to plastic cups. Kinda liked the styrofoam ones just because I remember seeing my mom always growing up with the huge styrofoam 44oz diet coke. But I'm not sure how good any of it is for our environment.Parking: Parking is unavailable to public as the only parking here is at each windows for ordering.

This place is a burger joint but when I ordered Burgers via DoorDash they claimed to be out. I know it was breakfast time but that's no reason to be lazy with orders. Burgers are an option for the anytime menu. Keep in mind that some people are forced to keep different hours and they don't always want egg-based meals at 9 am. Out of stock of Burgers at a Sonics is just head shaking.

We placed an order at 10:30pm via mobile app. Husband got to the restaurant at 10:40 to pick up and the lights were off except for the kitchen lights. An employee was in the process of locking the door. Once my husband got his attention the employee said they were closed! This location closes at 11:00pm. He told the employee we ordered through the mobile app AND were charged! The employee stated he could not make our order! REALLY? If you're going to close your establishment earlier than the regular posted times then they should consider software that doesn't allow you to place an order & be charged for it! Wasted our time, gas and money!! Extremely poor customer service and lack of communication AND plain BAD BUSINESS!!

I went to sonic tonight 25 minutes before close. I ordered a medium sonic blast with Reese’s. We got our blast and realized it looked weirdly mixed and hoped there was Reese’s in it. There weren’t. It literally is vanilla ice cream with some Reese’s sprinkles on top. I paid $7 for this plain vanilla ice cream that should’ve been 3 dollars.

The main issue with this restaurant is the tiny number of spots to order, considering the high-traffic location. If you want to eat here, only order ahead online. You can never count on pulling up and ordering randomly.This restaurant could pull in thousands of extra dollars per day if they renovated the restaurant to include a drive-through.

Regretfully Have to stop coming to this restaurant. Alot of Companies around here used Covid as an excuse to sacrificed their quality for the sake of income thinking the customer won’t notice the change in meat quality and other vegetables. Never Coming here again. This used to be the perfect spot for a get go food on the go style guess no more

i normally never leave reviews, but i am extremely disappointed. i ordered ahead, but was told they were out of the pickle fries i ordered. they offered to give me mozzarella sticks instead. it has been 35 minutes (and i am still waiting) to get them. i have reminded them twice now and the worker only says "yeah they take a couple minutes to cook." 30 minutes???!!! horrible service. absolutely do not recommend.

DONT GO THERE!!We went to Sonic for an annual occasion and it was awful!! The service was EXTREMELY POOR and took 40 MINUTES!! Once we got the food it was COLD and we asked to speak to someone but we were blown off. We will NEVER go there again!!
