I have had mixed experiences at this place, from people being super nice to the hours being wrong. By the way the web says it is open till 9, I walked in at 8:11 and was told by and employee that they were closed and the website was wrong. They too are subject to the supply shortages, on more than one occasion. Minor tweaks here and there can elevate the level of service here.

I typically don't leave comments, but some of the staff was very rude! My coffee tasted burnt and nor like the drink I ordered. I mentioned it and one of the employees just gave me nasty looks about it. I got a new drink and it still tasted burnt and not like what I ordered. I won't be visiting this Starbucks again.

If you're not going to ask for a name, then please announce what drink you have set down on the counter. Mine sat there for 5 minutes before I realized it was mine. No name, nothing....she just left it there without saying a word.
