Very unfriendly rude workers had to come back after going through the drive-through to make the easiest drink in the world. When I asked them to remake it, they made a huge deal about it like it was my fault after waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes they gave it to me wrong again, sorry if y’all hate your job, I’ve worked at Starbucks before and never treated anybody the way I was treated

Food and coffee here is decent and mostly consistent, there is a couple of issues that are frustrating and causes me to go here less and less. The first being the first thing when I see when I go to pay is being asked to tip, this being the first thing I see makes me just want to leave. I tip if a person goes above and beyond or finds a way to make others smile, not when you are just doing your job. The second which I haven't seen in a while was having people standing outside like Chick-fil-A does, it doesn't help and just frustrates most of us customers (it's disorganized and if you don't know what you want they have no menu or anything).

the barista was very sweet and made sure we got what we wanted and was very patient while we asked questions and looked at the menu, only downside is that they tried to give me 2 tall drinks instead of the ventis i ordered and the one making the drinks rolled her eyes cuz she didn’t do her job correctly. but pretty good experience!
The food is fair, but it's about the same quality as any other Starbucks franchise. The drinks are good too, but it's still not quite my favorite coffee shop in the area. However, if you need coffee fast, this is a great place to goDietary restrictions: Minimal options for individuals suffering from celiac disease. For those with gluten allergies, you may struggle to find many safe food options here.Kid-friendliness: They will adjust the temperature of drinks to be safe for children.

Has a drive thru which is usually busy. Plenty of room inside and a good size patio for when the weather is nice.
You should avoid the store! My experience at this location is a reflection of this locations culture..... They're always rude, not service-oriented, and often downright disrespectful. I do not have or typically don't have this type of experience other starbucks. I would avoid this location and drive a couple blocks to other fort Collins Starbucks as they're all very good.
