Raw bacon was added to my sandwich when i didn’t ask for it and it isn’t even on the sandwich to begin with. They also forgot to add the olives i asked for. Usually they’re very good about adding everything i ask for, but today was different.

I have had a handful of delectable and reliable sandwiches from Subway, usually after different sporting events back in the day. However, none have compared to the deliciousness of a protein bowl with rotisserie-style chicken, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, banana peppers, baja chipotle, and black pepper. I would never want to gate keep such a heavenly, healthy-adjacent fast food meal; their protein bowls are certainly something worth trying once in your lifetime.

Most of the staff there is pretty nice and conversational too. Pretty standard subway quality subs and everything there seems nice and new and pretty clean too. There is just one employee there that seems absolutely insufferable, and exudes the most miserable energy. Almost as if she’s incredibly offended you came in to even buy food there. I’ve been there twice while she was there and was met with the same kind of energy. We all can pick somewhere else to be other than work, however acting like that isn’t a great way to treat anyone at all. If you’re that miserable at your job maybe go somewhere else.

Found a hair in my cookies when I called the female with tattoos gave me a nasty attitude and was extremely rude. I then said I wanted a refund and was told they don’t give refunds. Avoid this health violation and rude employees. Her boyfriend was hanging out and got in my face threatening me when I said I wasn’t leaving without a refund.

Every employee here hates you. They do not want you there. One person constantly complained about their job and how the customers are always jerks, to everyone he served. Another scoffed and rolled their eyes at everything.Gave someone simple instructions, "2 sandwiches, one tuna, one sweet onion chicken teriyaki." They started making 2 tunas. I pointed it out, and they scoffed and rolled their eyes.3 people worked there one time and each had a different bad attitude.I feel bad for them a little. One person was there, by themselves, closing the store, with 4 people in line and the computer beeping loudly until addressed whenever an online order came in. And I bet this person is expected to clean the whole place faster than possible, by themselves, at the end of the day.All this to me sounds like the owner or management is a problem in this. Understaffing to rake in the dough. Turnover is bad anyway so why make employees happy right?

The food was really good and the service was fast but the thing that made me uncomfortable was the people working right now. I came in and it wasn’t friendly nor welcoming as I expected. The ladies working right now were mean. The only person who was nice and welcoming was the guy in the cashier.

Not sure what that brown stuff is but I know nothing I asked to be put on my sandwhich was brown. Asked for the great garlic but I asked for teriyaki chicken instead of the reg chicken. When I asked why I didnt get bacon the server seemed offended and said it wasnt a great garlic anymore. Not really sure why that was such a button for her
