I went to this location about a month ago. The 'sandwich artist' burnt the bread in the toaster. I didn't realize this until I got home, scraped off the burnt parts, ate some it. Took a pic, took it the pic to the store, the manager replaced it, that was cool. I went there today, new kid employee burnt the bread, I watched this time. I asked him to replace it, he said 'oh, it was just in the toaster a bit to long. And continued to ask me what I wanted on it. I asked if the manager was there, she was out back. The lettuce was visibly wilted and turning brown. I asked if I could get fresh lettuce and the manager said, 'we can't take out new lettuce until these are used up', really? They want to use gross, wilted, brown lettuce on their over-priced subs. You know what? I hope each an every one of you multi-billion dollar shrinking flating over priced corporations goes bankrupt...I'm sick of it. Will not go there again!! Oh, that new moron employee is making $15.00 an hour, just disgusting! I said never mind and walked out.

Every time I’ve ordered online they’ve never made my order how I’ve asked regardless of getting extras they skimp on the veggies every time, asked for extra sauce and sauce on the side for one sandwich and neither request was met, sandwich id dry and unflavored ??

First time at this shop.Definitely won't be coming back.Worst service I've ever had at Subway in 20 years. The two ladies working were so unwelcoming, unengaged, and unpleasant.

This place just sucks. Placed an online pick up order and asked to have pepper put on sandwich. They just took the top off and poured in all of it. The staff gave me attitude when I came to pick it up and the place was trashed. Nothing was clean. They really need new people who at least kinda

Service here sucks the last few times I've gone in they have an employee that is loud and rude and full of attitude. I went in at lunch and there was a line of customers waiting. There were 3 employees but only 1 really working. One decided to take his lunch in the middle of the rush and made himself a meal instead of helping the other worker. He proceeded to go sit in the lobby and stare at customers while eating his lunch. The other guy just stood at the register shouting WHAT DID YOU ORDER at customers then CASH OR CARD at full volume.... the one worker had to make every single sandwich. You really have some lazy rude employees right now and I will go somewhere else from now on

The fillings for the sandwich (veggie) were sad looking. I was honestly worried I was going to get sick from eating it. Lettuce was wilting, tomatoes looked sad and like they were not going to be edible quite soon and so did the cucumbers. I was in a hurry to get someplace and needed to eat so I went through with it and prayed I wouldn't get sick. This is not the first time I have noticed sad looking veg at this particular subway location. Service was good and prompt. Overall the place seemed clean but I probably won't go to this particular location anymore due to my concerns with the appearance and edibility of the veggies.Vegetarian options: Can get a veggie delite how you want it.

Ordering from the app for fast pickup is pointless. I've done this three times, and the last time I even gave it an extra 15 minutes to be safe. I walked in and my sandwich still wasn't made. The person behind the counter even took the walk ins that came in AFTER me before making my sandwich. I don't know if anyone knows this, but you're supposed to do these things in order. Pro tip. Apologizing and thanking me for being patient is d*** if you're blatantly going to waste my time right in front of me. I don't blame the employees, I blame management. The management at this subway location is absolutely trash. ?

They aren't training anyone there on how to do anything basic like heat up meatballs I ended up having to go to a different subway because I didn't want food poisoning. They were dead and out of everything the lettuce was so brown so left for my and my family's safety will not go back to this location.
