Came in to pick up my freshly made tacos and potato oles and the worker admitted to putting the wrong stuff on my order and said that he was currently remaking it. Absolutely astounded by the worker admitting to and fixing his mistake + the good food?! Has to be a 5 star from me.

Place has improved over the last year but maybe adding a bell for the staff to hear customers walking in the door would reduce irritation of not being seen at the register while allowing employees to maintain work focus.

Had to wait for five to ten minutes for a mobile order. Then they tell me that they don't have all the stuff for the two burritos that I ordered. Asked for a refund. They told me that they had to make or ingredients for the burritos. Food was not fresh at all. The potatoes oles were cold tasted like old nasty grease. Will not go back to that Taco John's. Staff was not very friendly.

Their lobby hours say its open until 10PM or so but the staff keeps the doors locked in the middle of the day for whatever reason.
