Normally the service and food have been good. Lately, not the case.I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with every aspect.1. Put my order in. I was told 20 min due to busy.2. Came in 25 minutes later to pick up food, and it still wasn't ready. Not a problem, the lady said it was getting close. There were 4 people working in the kitchen area. There was a line of 8 tickets on the food ordering line. There were people waiting in the dining room for their food. The lady at the front had bags ready to go for the food when it was done. There were two kitchen persons and perhaps one young lady that might have been prep. So, with the business thar was there, what do you think I should've seen. At least one person cooking... not the case. Both gentlemen were just talking, and no food was being made. I watched for 10 minutes (probably closer to 5), and all the guys were doing was talking. Both initially were in the back area of the restaurant talking. After 5 minutes, the guys came up to the front talking away. Finally, one of the guys finally starts cooking again. I promptly cancel my order. The cashier was a bit too relaxed about it. She didn't call the manager or anyone, but she just did the refund. When I explained that I was going to take my business elsewhere, she didn't care. She was more like, la, la. La. I even told her that I would go to Arby's so I could find someone who cares. She said "okay enjoy". Somehow, they forgot the customers were what make a business great! Too bad, I had hope.When this place opened up, food and service were great. Now... not so much. Food was poor the last time, but I thought I would try again. Yea, big fail this time.

(No gluten free options apparently.)Waited more than 20 minutes after scheduled pick up time for food to be ready. When asked how long it would be staff just said "a few more minutes"I sat at the restaurant watching them help others who walked in after me, who placed orders, waited briefly, received their food and left. When I finally did receive my order it was lukewarm. As though it had been ready the entire time and the kitchen simply had not passed it forward.Paid far to much for bland, tasteless food that was barely warm. Do not recommend.

This was my first time trying this place and the food was great, good flavor, my favorite was the fried rice. The price is high, but that's expected everywhere these days! I paid $18 for a two protein bowl and the wait was about 20 minutes to get my food. The food is made fresh per order which honestly is appreciated makes better quality especially for the price your paying. 7/10 recommended.

Ordered my food and proceeded to have it delivered to me. Upon delivery only received half my order. When I called the store to notify them of this, they acted like it wasnt there problem and like they weren't going to do anything about it. They said what would you like me to do about. Finally after going back and forth with the manager or so he said, he stated he would credit my items back. It has been a month now and I have seen no credits on my account. I am livid with the lack of care and customer service I have received. The way I was treated on the phone was unacceptable and I DO NOT reccomend this place at all!

This place is great! I have been here multiple times and am always leaving full and happy. The girls in the front are always kind, food is delicious, and the store is kept clean. They even decorate for the holidays. Will be back many more times!
This is a wonderful establishment. Locally and family owned, and quality and care put into the food and service they provide. I think the most important thing you should understand is this isn't fast food. It's fresh made cook to order. You will wait when they're busy. However it's worth it. As well if you're lucky enough that the owners are working they'll make sure you're taken care of. Take the time, enjoy the food. It's worth it.
Really good Teriyaki chicken, good for a fast meal. Spicy Teriyaki chicken with noodles tasted great! CSU Tennis recommends??

Food is good but the service is awful. Ordered ahead for later pick up. Got there and they were backed up. Said it would be 30 -40 min. Mind you I ordered 1 and a half hours prior to arrival. They don't offer any coupons or compensation for the wait. Their app should let you know how long your order will take. Just no apology, nothing really.
