My partner and I decided to try this place and we do not regret it. We walked out with a roasted garlic sourdough loaf, a cinnamon roll, a small apple pie, and a chocolate chip cookie and I have been extremely impressed thus far. My first experience with them was at a zero food waste facility where they donate bread that isn’t sellable any longer and that inspired me to come check them out bc that was some GOOD bread. We’ve been regulars ever since. Love how involved and active they are in the community and love the bread and cinnamon rolls even more!

Their sourdough bread is the best in Fort Collins, and reminds me of Maggie M's (don't know how to spell the last name; it was right across from the Mall before it was redeveloped). I've also tried their veggie sandwich and iut is so good that I don't miss not having any meat on it.
