Mediocre burgers. Visited a few times, and was disappointed. Burgers lack good flavor, and were dry. A single worker sits in the booth, and each time they seemed unmotivated and unskilled at making the burgers. Takes too long and is too pricey to be a good value.Hope they can be better eventually. It would be nice to have a proper little burger shack.

In spite of the fact that it was not busy it took over 45 minutes for the burger. A customer before me finally got her burger and waited 15-20 for the fries.When I finally got the burger it was really small, no way 7 OZ (with a very large bun). Was a little undercooked and really unremarkable.Premium prices and at best mediocre food. In spite of the fact of being so far behind I could see that the flat top was cooking one burger at the time and the workers were not putting any effort in speeding things up. Also they were not keeping track of the customers, getting orders wrong and not being able to find them.

These burgers are pretty freaking fantastic. I've had a few. The original double and the B&B Smash. Both are delicious. The potato salad is good too, with a little tang.Thanks, @burgerlab!Enjoy

These guys work incredibly hard, really good burger, I loved that this entire area is made out of shipping containers, fun little place to hang out if your running around downtown Fort Collins.

My wife and I come up the counter. Order 4 burgers, 2 fries, 1 mac/cheese and 4 cokes. Obviously "to-go"... $75+ for everything... Whatever. Dude flips a screen around asking for 18, 20, or 22% tip...Meh... Seems like a nice guy.. I'll give him a $4 tip so he maybe takes some care in making our burgers.15 minutes later.. Dude starts handing me each individual burger in little plates as if my wife and I are gonna sit in 30 degree weather and pound 4 burgers, two fries a mac and cheese and 4 cokes.Um yeah its "to-go" obviously.... gives us a bag... forgets the mac and cheese..."Uhh..... Sorry. Give me a few minutes to heat some up."Whatever....Go back to the car, come back, hands me a container of mac/cheese."Hey, you got a fork so I can eat the mac/cheese?????","Oh.... yeah.. Here you go" (Coming to America joke at end of movie comes to mind)Get back to the car, He gave us 5 burgers and obviously charged us for 5 (I did the math), mac/cheese is not even luke warm but cold... Burgers are dry, barely any sauce, over cooked patties.I went back to the counter to literally get my money back for the mac and he puts up a sign saying "Back in a few!"The audacity to ask for a 18% tip....And the audacity of me to tip before the service was rendered....Stop hiring stoners.

You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Reading the reviews here, the experience I had tonight isn't a one-off. Yet again, solo employee, super friendly, on an incredibly busy night. Management is an absolute atrocity. I won't be supporting waffle lab or this place ever again. Your employees work their butts off for you guys, you thankless jerkwads.

Went to burger lab today and it was PACKED. There was one guy working the entire place to himself and he was absolutely crushing it. He was super nice and sweet despite the huge crowd. This dude deserves a raise and a helping

JUST NO. My burger was completely overcooked. It had no taste and he forgot to put the cheese on it until he handed it to me and then put the cheese on the burger but the cheese was not melted. The food sucked. The guy at the counter seemed annoyed that I was ordering food. I paid $24 for two overcooked patties, no bun and unmelted cheese. DO NOT GO HERE

Went for lunch on Sunday. The food was well made and quick. The Exchange is a great place to bring the kids, and BurgerLab has a lot of good choices for them.
