We absolutely love Ginger and Baker. Here for all the things they have to offer. We dine in The Cache on the 2nd floor for the amazing food, beverage program and outstanding wine selections. My husband hosts business lunches in the Cafe and his guests always leave with a cinnamon roll for sure! I buy so many gifts from the market & whole pies all the time for my family & friend events. It's a one stop shop with private spaces to rent, gift cards to give and an amazing community gathering spot. Thank you to Ginger for creating a space we all can be proud of in Fort Collins.

First visit to Cache tonight. The atmosphere was great. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. The drinks were great. The wedge salad was huge and delicious. The asparagus and the smashed potatoes were delicious. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is we got two thin and relatively small lamb chops for $55. Very pricey for what we got. We’ll definitely go back… just won’t order lamb chops.

This place is fantastic! I have to say it was the best chicken pot pie I've ever tasted last night (after my first bite I said we must come back tomorrow, so here we are) and I ordered the avocado Burata toast, hey Burrata 'bout it. Five star A+. We look forward to coming back again soon!

I wish I could give a better review, my first time at this establishment. My boyfriend took me to this bakery and restaurant on a Saturday morning. Hoping to just grab a coffee and go, but as we were looking over the menu at the register the clerk/bartender convinced us to sit down. Per her instruction we went back to the hostess stand by the front doors and asked to be sat at a table in the same room. Initially we order our drinks and looked over the menu's, I was going back and forth over the caprese avocado toast or Boston cream French toast but decided on the caprese with an additional side of scrambled eggs. My boyfriend ordered the fried chicken biscuit. The food came out separate, him getting his fried chicken biscuit several minutes before my toast but the food runner assured us that my plate would be out soon. This wasn't an issue for me. When my plate arrived, I could visibly see that the avocado spread had spoiled, it was a darkish grey color and looked like it had sat out overnight. But I decided to test it anyways because sometimes avocado looks this way and is still edible. I was disappointed, the avocado not only tasted spoiled but it seemed as though they tried to mask the taste with loads of lemon juice. It just wasn't good and having only taken one bite I decided to send it back. Something I dont like to do. I told our waitress when she came back over to check on us. She made a concerned face to one of her coworkers but then came back with a comped certificate that said our next visit we would be able to get a slice of pie on them. Unfortunately when the bill came I realized that the pie wasn't a comp as she had still included my 17 dollar avocado toast on the bill. I tired to ask why it wasn't still on the bill and our waitress became very rude, responding that that was what the free slice of pie was for. I didn't want to say any more but was very upset as the pie prices are far less than my meal was and I realized she was being greedy and difficult. The value of the comped pie was less than the value of my inedible meal, my boyfriend was also disappointed but more modest than I was decided to just pay for the experience and we left. I won't be coming back as this whole transaction left such a bad taste in my mouth. Outside of the poor food and service, the ambience was nice and I was really excited to come and try this place, but unfortunately the way we were treated was just unacceptable.

I have several coworkers who ALWAYS want to go to the Cache for dinner. It is always easy to book my reservation, and the staff are so kind. For large groups, and a place to take people for business meals, this is a great spot. It is totally worth putting a card on file to be able to have food and wine waiting for groups at the table, and helps us look great in front of our guests. Special mention to Carrie Ann for always taking great care of me, and helping to anticipate the needs of the various groups that I am booking dinner for.

Great ambiance. Over priced. $250. For two drinks , an appetizer, glazed carrots, and we shared a ribeye and baked potato. Beyond the tip they tack on a kitchen staff fee, plus they require a credit card to make a reservation. I've never had to do that anywhere.

We dined at the Cache restaurant in March and it was one of the best restaurant experiences we've had in Fort Collins in the past few years. The scallops were delicious- cooked perfectly. Worth their price! If you are into whiskey, talk to Christian about their vast collection and unique bottles.

service was good ...well on the first floor, nice people. i got the hamburger done medium rare and well it was soooo chewy and all red soo i didn't finish it and probably should've asked for a new one but i felt like that was too much to ask soo i didn't. it was average pricing not great for a burger that was as chewy as laffy taffy.

I was in FoCo again this weekend. Before leaving this morning to head back home, I stopped by Ginger and Baker to have breakfast. The last time I ate here was dinner time. It was around 11:30 am and as one can imagine, they were busy. I like how they gave two bar areas for single or couples seating. I chose to sit at their main bar area. The young man who waited on me was friendly and provided good service. Today I chose the pancakes with bacon. I doubled down on bacon and had a total of five pieces. Bacon was made to perfection. Not overdone and not too soft. They offer thick cut bacon which is my preference. They offer three fluffy pancakes that are also made to perfection. They serve it with authentic maple syrup and not the cheap candied up version. I recommend ordering an extra maple syrup. The pancakes absorb one serving of it. Overall, meal was fantastic and filling. I really didn't need to eat for the rest of the day. So glad I stopped here for breakfast. I almost decided to have breakfast at my hotel. This will become a regular favorite spot of mine. Love this place! Check them out for breakfast sometime!

Excellent atmosphere, food and service. It's always a special treat to go here.My only complaint is that many of their cocktails feature locally made Olk Elk whiskey. Like many others, we can't support that brand due to how they treat their employees. Don't worry, we had wonderful wine recommendations to go with our meals.

We've been here dozens of times over the years and it's my favorite place to bring out of town guests. They are always impressed by the ambience, the cafe, and the cooking classes. It's a beautiful building and the patio(s) are wonderful in the summer. The bar staff have always been very good, and my picky hubby and I like to enjoy a cocktail and apps at the bar before dinner. The food and service in Cache is always great but it can be hit or miss downstairs, which is why I knocked off a star. I've had many fantastic experiences here so I tend to overlook the few times it was lackluster. I've also had the pleasure of talking with Ginger a couple of times and she's very warm and friendly. This place really is a gem in Northern Colorado.
