This is one of our favorite places to eat in Fort Collins! The staff is always friendly and the food is always great. We really enjoy their onion rings with chipotle ranch, fish and chips, and their house salad with steak. Absolutely love the atmosphere, it's the best true pub in FC. Anytime we have out of town visitors, we bring them here and it's always a hit. Go check them out next time your in Old Town!

Crown pub advertises their kitchen open late. We arrived an hour before advertised closing time. Food wasn't very good. The chicken in the pasta I ordered was hard and chewy. When asked how my meal was I answered honestly and was met with a rebuttal. Our waitress made sure I knew it was me and not the chicken because they buy only the best. I felt rushed. When we were finished eating I asked to see the dessert menu and was told that the kitchen was Closed. I was not happy. Our waitress then brought our bill, not discounting my meal that she knew I wasn't happy with. About two minutes later she tried to collect the check.. over the course of ten minutes she returned at least five more times trying to rush us out the door..Several people tried to come in for drinks during this time and were told they had already called last call and were turned away. Maybe the make enough money they are able to turn away paying customers long before advertised closing time and refuse to serve dessert after your meal was done. The girls working just wanted to go home. WAS NOT IMPRESSSD.

I have been coming to this restaurant since 1993 and I have never seen a person of color in this restaurant. I never thought anything of it until three weeks ago. The first time I noticed something, I ordered the chicken sandwich; I asked for it to be well done. It was done perfectly, the second time it was done again perfectly. The third time, it was hardly grilled, just the outside of it. the fourth time, it was raw, I cut it open, to see the inside of it and it was not cooked at all. I knew right away that they didn’t want me there. The bartender was great. The food was not good. I will not be ordering from here again.

If you're of a certain generation, this is your "Cheers"-- a welcoming place with a great atmosphere and food that exceeds what one would expect of "pub food." They have, hands down, the best frites you will find in town (they also offer pub fries if frites aren't your thing). Clientele is always a mash-up of young and old, hipsters, Gen-XYZ, you name it.Vegetarian options: I'm not strict vegetarian but when I don't want meat of any kind, they have good variety. I particularly like the King's Curry.Wheelchair accessibility: I have seen people with different abilities and those who use wheelchairs often. They don't do reservations and it's "seat yourself," so accommodations for wheelchairs is based on availability of upstairs seating.

We arrived here as tired travelers and decided to give Crown Pub a try. We were reminiscing about the last pub we visited — in Oxford, UK. Folks, the mushroom soup we shared was to die for, and the Caesar salad fresh and delicious. Then came the Pub Steak. We shared it, which was a good thing because it was large, very tender, cooked to perfection, and perched atop creamy mashed potatoes. The Gorgonzola cheese sauce and balsamic vinegar drizzle on top was simply divine! This place, the food, and the service were better than what we expected, better than Oxford (sorry, I love Oxford!) Thanks for a memorable evening, we will definitely be back!
