We ordered 10 Nashville hot chicken tenders and received very Soggy chicken "tenders?" covered in a sauce resemblaling green chilli. These were absolutely not crispy fried tenders. Also we the website says "alongside killer waffle fries" which came and are just soggy normal fries... The MSc and chese looks nothing like it's photo and is nothing impressive. This was a horrible choice for lunch we were so excited for crispy delicious chicken we had never had before and are extremely disappointed with the soggy thing that we actually received. We didn't receive any utensils for this takeout order either which included Mac and cheese.

Do you desire having soggy, mediocre tenders, a little bit worse than what you might get at a middle school cafeteria? What if they charged you $15 for it?
We ordered from this place. We were not told that the food came from Rock Bottom Brewery. There is no sign. There is no indication anywhere that this is where you pick it up. You have to wander the mall, checking the suite number of every store, until you stumble into it.
The employees were brusque. Half the sauces we ordered were missing, and the tenders were a complete, soggy mess. I would not eat at this place if they paid me to do so.

The tenders were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The waffle fries were undercooked and the coleslaw didn’t have any dressing…. It was just plain chopped cabbage. Definitely a disappointing experience, I will not be back.

I want to start off by saying the manager was really nice to me after I told him my situation, but one thing that I want to note is that you need to call old Chicago to get ahold on twisted tenders it took me a while to figure that out because the number that twisted tenders has on their website isn’t gonna work, also twisted tenders is located in Old Chicago which I also didn’t know. The reason why I’m giving a 2 star is because the food wasn’t terrible but the macaroni and cheese that you see on their website isn’t what they gave me and the macaroni that they did give me was runny almost soup like . The tenders was a huge disappointment they weren’t crispy at all and some of them were limpy a little bit. I did like the sauces that I got but I wouldn’t recommend coming here it’s not worth it. I would recommend reading not only google but Facebook reviews as well to help you make your decision before coming here and spending your money . There have been several complaints going back to last year to now about this place and I’m really sad about that and it’s really unfortunate. Hopefully they can get better so I can come back here in the future!

absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

Ordered for pickup on Doordash. First off the only way I could find them was by going door to door in that strip asking where it was (it’s a ghost kitchen inside of Old Chicagos. Which would have been nice to know). Second, the tenders were dry and over cooked and on top of that there were literally 9 waffle fries in each order (approx). For $25 for two orders for pickup I was HIGHLY disappointed with the quality AND quantity of the food. I would not recommend at all. If anyone with any power at this restaurant reads these reviews- please take these 1 star reviews to heart and do better or shut down and stop giving people on the SE side of Fort Collins hope that you’re a good chicken tender joint because if mine and others experience shows anything- you’re not.
It really was some twisted chicken. It was overcooked and they couldn’t bread chicken to save their life. I don’t even know how this place is even open. The only thing that was even remotely good about my order through DoorDash was the sauces. They have a future in sauces but when it comes to food they should definitely give up because I’ve had better food in jail. ….. I just tried to feed it to my dog and my dog turned Her nose up to it and she eats anything and I mean anything

I ordered DoorDash and got nothing I ordered. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich and it was supposed to have cheese and their signature ranch on it… it was plan. And then I ordered the. BBQ waffle fries and got soggy plain regular fries. Big yikes with this place
