We went here for breakfast. They were a little slow getting our food out. The food was good, the Madame was excellent and the buckwheat pancakes were good but weren't mind-blowing. The mimosas had plenty of champagne. I would recommend this place for breakfast (the wait is much shorter than some places in old town), and we'll definitely try it for lunch or dinner sometime.

I've been to union several times since they opened and their ambiance always convinces me to go back one more time. Over the years I have had everything from delicious pot pie to wasted calorie tasteless cake to meh bbq mac n cheese. The inconsistency in good flavor and quality throughout every visit is frustrating, especially at these price points. I do highly recommend the bottomless choose your flavor sodas, but I'm sad to say the ambiance won't be bringing me in again.

Food and service was fantastic. Molly is an excellent waitress! I really have to speak to the ambiance of the place though. The vaulted ceilings and fun decor make it feel very bougie but the prices don't reflect that!

The staff is nice however, they seem to be utterly clueless on how to take care of their tables. They’ll check on you once over the first hour and you haven’t even ordered and then check on you 52 times over 10 minutes just to see how good the food is.

I had been craving a monte cristo and a friend recommended Union. And boy were they spot on! My husband and I went on Valentines Day which obviously meant it was going to be a bit busy. The wait wasn’t horrible and we were able to walk around downtown a bit because they text you when you’re next in line. That was nice because it meant we were able to get back to Union without rushing.The atmosphere is modern, and the service was great. We loved the Grilled Cheese dippers with the tomato soup dip. It was a nice appetizer without being too filling! The monte cristo was exactly what I was hoping for: the flavors melded together perfectly, the breading was cooked beautifully, and it was just a fantastic dish. My husband got the Cuban. I tried a bit of it and omg - the meat was smoky and tender and again the flavors melted together perfectly.The cocktail I got was delicious and we are definitely looking forward to exploring more of their menu!

I really wanted to like this place but overall meh. To be fair, the service was rough so we never got to try the food. But the drinks, while tasty, weren’t actually carbonated properly. We ordered custom sodas and they came flat, as well as the egg cream. The sodas were roughly 6oz in a small glass packed with ice for $6 each (no alcohol - just flavoring syrup and “carbonated” water… I was expecting at least an 8-12oz soda, maybe in an old timey glass or something. Disappointing overall, and at the price- I wouldn’t recommend.Again, can’t speak for the food, but service/drinks weren’t impressive

Great food and an awesome waiter (Toby). Toby took care of us as we had a meatball sandwich, a Cubano Sandwich and a Club sandwich. The appetizer was good. The atmosphere was comfortable. It made visiting town/CSU pleasant and memorable.
