Went here to get ice cream today with my father. I got 2 scoops of rocky road... my father got a large milkshake. Don't jump out of your seat now.....$16.00!!!!!! I AM never going there again. Talk about greedy slime ball businesses!! I just blows me away what these businesses think their product is worth. NEVER going there again!! 8 bucks for 2 scoops of ice cream!! Just warning people. I can't even imagine how much it would cost to take like a family of 4 we're talking 40-50 bucks just for ice cream... ludicrous!!

Phenomenal service & ambience, ice cream tasted like nothing & wasn't even close to worth the price. Tasted like frozen skim milk, thought I had covid because it was so hard to taste the flavor. TL;DR don't come here.

Best ice cream ever! Only place I recommend. Be sure to check out the joke flavor :-)

Ice cream is way overpriced and overrated. As a long time citizen of Fort Collins for over 20 years I have been here multiple times. I can confidently say this is the worst ice cream shop in Fort Collins. It is only hyped up so much because it is local. Go to Kilwin's or Old Town Churn instead. Much better. Plus you won't have to deal with the rude, catty, interrupting owner who provides the worst customer service in town.

To clarify, I was loading a delivery for another business, which is why I asked if I could use the loading zone, which you would've known if you had let me finish my sentence. I was not angry that I was told not to park there. I was upset with your angry, rude, and condescending attitude, along with being interrupted multiple times while I was asking if it was ok to use the loading zone to load a delivery for another business. If I sound like I'm repeating myself, it's because you are intentionally leaving that part out to make yourself look better. The space does not state that it is specifically for Walrus, which is why I came in to ask if it was ok. I was polite when I came in and was not hostile to your employees. The only hostile person during the incident was you, the owner, which is shameful. Apologies for having the audacity to be polite and ask a simple yes or no question. This does have to do with Walrus Ice cream. I have asked this question with many other restaurants and accept when they say no, but they also are polite and understanding. That was not the case with you. There was zero reason to be as hostile as you were. I was polite enough to ask if I could park there to load my car. This review has to do with customer service and professionalism.I even came in as a potential customer to buy myself a treat for the long day, regardless of if I could park there. I was only annoyed at the very rude attitude shown towards me. If I had been shown an ounce of respect, and was simply told, "sorry, but no" I would not have left this review. Instead the manager was very hostile towards me. That is unacceptable to me, thus I did not buy anything. I do not want to support a business with an owner that rude.Since the owner says this isn't relevant, to add, their ice cream is overrated. You can get better ice cream for cheaper at a grocery store or even coldstone's (which is just as good and better customer service). Definitely overhyped just because it's local.

It does not specify that it is Walruses loading zone. Manager is extremely rude and aggressive. Worst customer service I have ever experience.

Walrus Ice Cream is a delightful spot to indulge in a sweet treat and experience the charm of Old Town Fort Collins. With its high-quality ice cream, friendly atmosphere, and unique flavors, it's no wonder this local gem has earned such a loyal following.

Icecream is fine but oh boy does this place become a sensory nightmare fast. Huge menu full of things I would expect to be very similar to each other and no where near enough space. I can't come here anymore unless I look in and see there's no other customers. Also, I low key hate the wall art but that's %100 a me thing. Avoid if loud, crowded environments are a trigger. Otherwise it could be worth a try, but I think there's better icecream in other parts of old town.
