Very surprised at dine-in, especially in today’s fast food environment. I’m a drive thru guy but today I just wanted to go inside and sit down for a minute for lunch. First thing upon entering I noticed immaculately clean, stocked, and tidy lobby. Can’t stress how important that is. Next, no kiosks just a register and a very welcoming employee ready to take our order (remember when they’d talk into the microphones as you’d order?). Food came out very quick - to the point I thought it would be old and terrible. I was wrong. Everything was textbook and as fresh as could be. Then while eating the lobby attendant came by to clean the adjacent table and said, “thank you for visiting Wendy’s today!” Wow, what? Is this the year 2024? Fast forward a few minutes and an employee who had been working the fry station came by and stopped to ask how everything tasted. Such a refreshing experience. I can only hope this Wendy’s is treating their employees as well as they are treating the customers because they are top notch. Very rare anymore to find workers at fast food joints with an old fashioned work ethic and good customer service skills. If this same experience happened consistently to every guest at every Wendy’s they’d easily start getting market share back. Dave would be proud.

I don’t know what is going on in this Wendy’s or who is managing but they’re doing a horrible job! 1st time here I heard yelling or fighting over the intercom 2nd time rude and dismissive service, I’ve been by 3x this week it’s convinient and close to my job but the person who took my order in the drive through is so pushy and rude sounds like they shouldn’t. Be working with customers service at all! The only reason why my rating here is higher than it should is due to the guy who took my payment at 1st window who greeted me with a big smile and great energy and asked how my day was going I told him I wasn’t pleased with the service and was very apologetic about the way I was treated even though he wasn’t the one who took my order most definetly made my trip here better because I was ready to just drive off after the 3rd time interaction with who ever is taking orders at drive through!! Somebody give him a raise and maybe even promote him I think his name is Chase or chance.

my husband works late and theres times we want to grab a quick snack. between 10pm-12am is when we have gone in. one time they charged us for bacon double stacks and we didnt receive any bacon on the sandwiches. second time we order 27 dollars of food and they forgot 2 double stacks and everytime we havent recieved our receipt to go back and what we are owed!

I come here almost nightly now, as it's right down the road from my job. The staff is really kind, they know who I am and what mobile order I am and they're so on top of everything.Their food is always the freshest, I always ransack their fries and they're always perfect. The frostys taste spectacular. Love coming here for my quick meal after work.Side note: to the employees in the sunroom at 10pm, we see you and it's entertaining. Especially the dramatic grabbing and hair flipping, it's giving dinner and a show.

$14 for a chicken sandwich that can't even be made properly. Also forgot fries. The food service is the #1 increase in price and the worst service. Get some proper training and stop feeling entitled about getting paid when you can't do the basic duties. The picture is the only piece of lettuce on the sandwich, and I took it off because it looks disgusting and old.
