Me and my Boyfriend went last night at 12:30 am. This location closes at 1. I understand it’s late at night and I doubt the workers want to be working there at midnight on a Saturday night. But that does not excuse the service we received. We had to come back twice because they messed up our order. And the entire time my boyfriend was very nice, respectful, patient and greeted them with a smile. When we came back the second time, they messed up again. After that we didn’t bother going back because both times, both the workers we conversed to were very very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The first man we saw was rude, short with us and scoffed in our face over a simple order. The second girl used inappropriate language, had her earbuds in, and rushed to get us out the driver through with out taking the time to make the order right for the second time. All my boyfriend wanted was a burger and queso fries. But apparently that’s too hard for these workers to understand. And now my boyfriend is absolutely miserable with food poisoning as a result of this establishment. We will never come back again and I suggest no one else bothers either. If you’re that miserable with your job, that you aren’t even able to correctly give out an order then leave. Because now my boyfriend is sick as a result of these workers carelessness.

It's a good Wendy's. It's warm and kind of a Wendy's throwback. It's got the old Wendy's logo and it's counter service only with no kiosks. Pretty cool really. The food was good and the fries were better than most Wendy's fries for some reason. Almost seems like they were double fried or something.

Absolutely terrible. They cannot get an order right to save their life. I don’t mean giving the wrong kind of nuggets or something like that, I mean you will get a completely different menu item than what you ask for. I went back a few times hoping for better but not once was my order right.
Recent drive-thru visit, I ordered a combo. Expected the normal combo size shown first on the menu as advertised (small). It was late and due to my prexisting expectations, I was surprised that, without having asked me what size I'd like to order, I was charged for a medium combo. Called store to find out as of eight months ago the "standard" is to charge for a medium. I would have ordered a medium had that been what I wanted. Just a buyer beware when zooming through the drive-thru. Disappointed. ?

I like to say the food is good normally Wendy's food is good I've been here twice and never got to eat. First time I came here website said they were open they had a big neon sign that said they were open their doors were open but when I walk to the counter they let me know the lobby was closed and I was treated like I was crazy for being there, I don't have a car so I didn't get breakfast that day. Second time I went there was tonight with literally the exact same situation Big sign that says open, open doors, website says they're open but guess what after waiting at the counter they let me know lobby was closed but at least they weren't rude about it this time. Like if the lobby is closed I wouldn't mind getting that message online or when I tried to open a door and it was locked but spending time at the counter waiting just to find out sucks, at least lock the doors. Just want a sandwich.
