I had the BBQ sandwich and fries. I love the which wich sauce for the fries, and my sandwich was great! The team was kind and prompt, tables were clean. They had a rush of people when I arrived and was able to get everyone taken care of quickly and efficiently. I have visited before and always enjoy my food but today the team’s customer service was up an extra notch. The positive attitudes were noticed!!

Hour before closing all the chairs were up on the tables. Menu has changed. Service seemed like they just wanted us to leave. Krab sandwich was mostly bread. Used to love this place...

I went in tonight to get a sandwich right before close (my bad) and the kid behind the counter slammed down my bag as if he was angry he had to make my sandwich; I even tipped him $5 for the inconvenience. I usually stop in a couple times a week for a quick dinner but after this experience, I’ll just go elsewhere.

We moved to Colorado from Michigan which at one point had tons of Which Which locations. Sadly all closed so when we saw that there was one in Fort Collins we were very excited. This location is good. They're fast and friendly. Only wish they were open a bit later. They close at 8pm.Vegetarian options: The black bean patty is very good.

They make a good sandwich but I wouldn't work there. Called multiple times after we already did an interview and when I finally got a hold of them 2 weeks later they told me no. AS IF I NEVER EVEN EXISTED. they had my number and email. Glad I was told no I wouldn't work for anyone who cant even send an email.

Please update your menu prices to reflect what you are charging. Annoying to make a choice based on the listed price and have it be inaccurate.Edit: to respond to the question of which price was wrong, the menu on the wall listed one price for the 7in "wicked", 8.75 and the price from the register (pre-tax) was 50 cents higher. The website price says 9.25 so the menu on the wall needs updating. I previously had the price be a dollar off when I ordered the super size.

The food was ok but I placed an order at 12PM (only 2 sandwiches) and it wasn’t ready until 12:40. I understand they are busy, and I work in food, but I saw them putting up order tickets on the line out if order, and when I finally got my food, the sandwiches were cold (the ticket said to have them warmed) and my sandwich was made incorrectly (I even checked the ticket to make sure I placed the order correctly, and I did). Again I understand being busy, I am a kitchen supervisor myself but the way the restaurant is run is very unorganized which clearly leads to it being significantly less efficient then it could be, and if you’re going to be slow you should take the time to make sure you get orders correct.

We made an online order and it took 40 mins to be made. Food was cold and both sandwich’s were made wrong. The sandwich were not great, I threw half of it away. Subway has more flavor and more options. This was my first time trying and will not be eating here again.

I had never been in befor and was instantly kina confused . The owner was here though and explained how to order. It seems these days that so many businesses are owned by a person that doesn't work at the businesses.. so it was realy nice to see this businesses owner in his shop working alongside his staff.. my sandwich was delicious and my entire experience was wonderful!Matthew.

I used to love this place but they got rid of so many toppings for me as a vegetarian I can no longer eat here. It is ridiculous to get rid of normal toppings like carrots and egg. A massive disappointment. I truly hope management sees this and makes a good decision for its customers and brings back the toppings it used to have when it was good!!
