Usually not enough servers, once food is brought out, they dont refill drinks. I think they forgot about us because food was cold. For spending so much, you'd think they would do better. Every time we have gone, we have to flag down another server to ask for help.
Old reliable. The food is great, but service is lacking for how many people they had working. My salad was also served to me sans dressing, which I had to ask for.

Let me preface this with, I am not tryng to be funny, I am being legitamately serious. This location has never not smelled like fart.This place always smells awful and it get's worse the closer you are to the bathroom. The whole restaurant shouldn't smell like the bathroom.It geniunely can ruin the experience, like it's distractingly bad. People blame it on the nearby sewage plant, but that makes no sense considering only this location smells this awful.Get it together!Everything else is also below average, service, food, wait time, etc!

Upon ariving and being seated at a dirty table...which I had to clean with napkins and hand sanitizer from my purse. The server just looked at me cleaning up what I could only guess was mashed potatoes and didn't even offer to wipe it for us. Our server was rude and every time she walked by our table gave us dirty looks and when I asked her about my appetizer after 20 minutes of sitting there she said yeah it's coming the stormed off. Then an hour later we finally get our food and a man refilled on our drinks. We were going to tip her but while she apologized to the tables around us about kitchen staffing issues she never once said anything to us. She never even came back to see how our food was...which was burnt and flavorless. I didn't even have onions on my chicken carbonara.

My family ate there last night. The server insisted on telling our table that two servers had walked out that day due to poor management. She continued to gossip about the entire wait staff while being there. Three different times we were told to substitute our side because they were out. There was no yogurt for the kids. We ordered 2 steaks, both of which were cooked improperly. The server was very combative. I’m not sure if she thought we we're “the cool” table or something. It was very odd. After everything, we asked if our children could sit at the table next to us as they had tried to put 11 of us in a booth. They agreed then sat a table right next to the kids table. Which I thought was unfortunate for the table as there were plenty of tables for them to sit. Before we left the table spoke to our children in an ill manner. We spoke up to the table and the server went over, sat down and told them “ I’m one of the girls now, what’s the drama”. Very disappointing evening. Spent over 200$.

I usually sit at the bar for better service than what a table provides. I travel and go to Applebee's quite often. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had. I basically had to yell across the bar to ask for some water. My food was terrible, but I was hungry and just ate it. I had the crispy chicken with bacon sandwich and it was super dry and it was supposed to have two pieces of bacon. If this had half of a piece of bacon, I would be surprised. I got the fries and I guess there was no more fries in the building because I got the bottom of the bag with all of the small crunchy pieces.Terrible experience here.

Jayden was our server and he was absolutely phenomenal! He said he was new but he had the best customer service I’ve ever seen in a restaurant! He was genuine, real, honest, and fantastic! Give that man a raise! My boyfriend I came with said that while he is usually not comfortable in public, Jayden actually made him feel at ease and comfortable in public. He came in with anxiety and left in pure happiness and awe of Jayden’s friendly service! Jayden provided the best experience I’ve seen in a very long time, if not ever! Thank you Jayden, you were great! :D

Why are you advertising the 20 free wings when making a 40$ purchase today when the app is nowhere near working on any platforms? Ive called the 8587 Applebees and was told to go to the actual website since it wasn't working on GrubHub or DoorDash and got the same! I may order something once and it goes in my cart multiple times. And the Promo code does not work at all.! Not only that, the customer service is piss poor! None of this is happening anywere else in this area outside of the Jack n the Box next door that is just as piss poor! Fountain is a growing market and your businesses have been terrible since pre Covid! Whats the issue?
