Having been open for more than one hour you'd think the staff would have been more prepared and put together. Took almost 20min to get 2 sandwiches and fries. Came out with no ketchup or condiments. Please arbys fix it.

Pulled into this Arby’s parking lot at 12:40pm because I was on a stressful call. Manager came out and made me feel uncomfortable until I rolled my window down and told me to leave??? I guess some people aren’t hospitable or she is rude but she drive a blue Toyota suv if you see it avoid the area!

Stopped at Arby's in Fountain we felt like roast beef they were out of beef asked how in the world does that happen we got a shrug the second thing we asked about they were out. Sounds like poor management to me got another shrug got some fried Mac & cheese 4 pieces $4.00 not worth it very

According to autumn at this location 7010 mesa ridge parkway, this is their medium lemonade and the solid white cup next to it is their small cup she handed us for comparison before ripping off her headset and hiding in the back refusing to talk to us anymore. Never were we rude only asked if the order was right as I get the same thing every time. I was met with a closed window and shock.

The staff here cannot comprehend that most orders require sauce of some type, ie mozzarella sticks require marina but this place cannot even read an order asking for sauce and complete the simple task!!!!!

We just went to this location (Oct 8 5pm) going through the drive thru giving the order realized the way I worded it might have been confusing so I was clarifying what I ordered and the girl cut me off with major attitude and wouldn't let me finish. When I pulled to the window I fully intended to let her know I was just clarifying and attitude wasn't needed but the other girl working brought the food instead. This the second time I've had issues at this location. The first time they were very nice but messed us the order, this time had to deal with this. Definitely wont be back to this location.

I actually really like this Arby's. They always seem to get my orders right and if I ask for some extra sauce they don't usually shy away from giving a good handful.Also, shout out to Wilma! She's gotta be the most pleasant person I've ever done business with in fast food. I hope she has a bright future!

IT'S disappointing when you order 2 fries,5 piece fish strips and a French dip and first they forget 2 of the fries and then you get home and you didn't get the dipping sauce for the French dip. Employees need to wake up!!!!
