Super mega props to Addy!!! She is always so pleasant and helpful. This location has amazing customer service skills, quality, and speed of service. I love going here all the time, but especially on the nights they donate proceeds to my daughter school. Huge thank you to Addy and her amazing peeps for being the very best there is. You should definitely give Addy a raise ASAP.

Do no do mobile orders at this store they constantly leave items out. By far the worst service I've experienced at a Chick-fil-A across Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky and now Colorado.

It’s always something with this chick fil a. It says online that the delivery is available until 9pm. I tried to order at 8:15 and it said delivery was unavailable, 45 minutes before the cut off time. I called the store and he said he doesn’t know why it’s doing that and that I’d have to order through DoorDash. Doordash has delivery fees that add up to like $10, when I could have gotten my fee free delivery because I literally pay for the fee free subscription!!!!

I eat from here like 5 + times a week, mostly delivery. Delivery is prompt, food usually in good condition. The rewards for membership are nice, wish there were more options for the 500 points tho.
Went through drive through, friendly staff. Fast and efficient at the front window. We asked for mayonnaise,ketsup and a plastic knife. It was done in a timely manner. Had the chicken bowl and chicken mini's.
Love this restaurant just wish there play area was a lot nicer, bigger and worth sitting inside with my kiddos.Kid-friendliness: It's not really kid friendly. It's more of a fancy fast food for adults. The color book toy or books are nice instead of toys but they just get thrown away fast so it's a waste of money to buy a kids meal. At least toys get played with for a while or become collectables. But that's not an option to get at this restaurant.
Service is great. I just haven't been able to bring myself back because without that pimento cheese, I know I'm going to be disappointed. I'm gonna think about it, miss it and grow to dislike something I once loved. So with that, I will hold on to the feeling and remember what it once was. I'll miss you Chick-fil-A. Cries of
