I went to Culver’s around 9pm on 5/4/24 I ordered deluxe double meal and my order was almost complete except I missing the meat patties ? I called the location and a very nice lady picked up the phone and helped me out and got me a new burger so thank you!!!!

The only Culver’s that can get your order wrong not once, but twice in the same night. I went back in last night after realizing my food was wrong when I got home. I had no problem driving back to get the correct items, but then I noticed my food was wrong again after getting home the second time. The manager on duty (Sarah) was also not very helpful or contrite regarding the matter. I love Culver’s and worked at one all throughout high school, however, I will not being going back to the one located in Fountain.

ordered a plain cheese burger got it with no cheese took it back just gave me a slice of cheese on the side instead of remaking my burger same thing happen to another person who ordered the mushroom burger they forgot the mushrooms and the just handed her a cup of mushrooms
A taste of home! Just hate when I have to go in and order or pickup, because it's like being thrown into a cage at the zoo. People standing and waiting for their food at the counter, and employees slacking around.

I waited 12:38 for three 1 scoop Sundays before stopping a runner who dropped off the person's behind me cuatard. By this time several other cars had come and gone after me. The lady ran in and got my Sundays after I stopped her and said sorry we just had a custard rush, she was very nice, but I can't imagine how long I would have waited if I hadn't flagged her down. Be prepared to wait a long time if all you get is custard, which is sometimes grainy.

Messed up our order. Very expensive order that too a tad too long in my opinion but it's busy. So when I went to ask them to fix it (they forgot bacon and mayo on the burgers and 1 entire order altogether) they throw packets of mayo on the tray leave the tray out while waiting for bacon. Which they put in a tray as well. So they mess up the order and we get cold food that we have to dress ourselves?? Without an apology at all. Neat. Love the good and usually the service but may not be back to this one.
