They get my order wrong everytime. They are dishonest when it comes to replacing wrong orders. Got onewrong order replaced and not the next one because they said they already replaced it. The customer sevice is poor. They get rude and are quick to raise their voice instead of listening to the customer. I choose to do without that kind of service. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Good ice cream of course. Service took a little while. Apparently they on occasion have unsafe drama there as well. They keep their ice cream cakes locked.

Service was nice, no wait on drive thru. Did y'all change the formula for the soft serve. It literally looked like whipped foamy whipped cream and the butterscotch dip had flecks of brown. That was a waste of money. Hope I don't get sick.

I've been going to this DQ since I was a kid, and I've always enjoyed the tasty treats. This is an old DQ, so the infrastructure isn't well suited for how busy it gets, but the staff is always friendly.

This location said they could not scan and add rewards points. Do franchises not have to participate in franchise rewards programs. Not the sharpest bunch at this location, either!

I just watched the cook prepare and pickup the chicken, food, etc. without gloves on. What made it even better is that he proceeded to wipe his nose with the same hand when he brought me the food. I would 150% not eat here. I was so disgusted I’m reporting it to the health department.
