30 minutes to get a boring sandwich. Not the employees fault imo. They have too few workers for all the take-out and online orders to assist customers in the store. I should've paid better attention to my sandwich being made... onion and vinegar got missed, but that's on me for not paying better attention. And the price of the sandwich is a bit ridiculous... ik these employees aren't making $20+ an hour....

Management is nonexistent. Basically only kids work there, they don’t address you or give you the cue to order when ready, they’ll let you stand there and keep busy. They’ll write down your order and not say anything, like when they’ll meet you at the cash register and take your money (they’ll pretend like you’re not standing at the register waiting to pay). They hang out with there friends instead of cleaning (place is dirty). It’s being run by unsupervised children and the sandwiches are garbage because of it. Only bad jersey mikes I’ve ever had.

This location needs a new bread machine or something. Bread hard ad a rock this is the 4th time. Kids working said that they have needed a new one as well.

Order was completely wrong and food was poor quality. Pretty pathetic when it's $30 for two people and this is what you get. There's a much better location a few miles away.

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. This location does not even deserve one star. I came in early today and was greeted to a long wait, which I don't mind I understand that the lunch rush gets busy. My problem is with the fact that there were 4 employees on this shift and only 2 of them were helping customers, one of which I know was a manager thanks to one of the employees telling me. I don't know if they were on their breaks or just goofing around in the back, but based off of the annoyed looks of their coworkers it was not hard to tell that they were not doing their jobs. Thankfully I got my food in time to get back to work, but I am severely disappointed by the lack of team effort and support by these two other employees. I would like to shout out the two that did help me, Alisson and Nathan. They showed me excellent customer service despite their handicaps of a lack help. If I ever return to this location I hope to see an improvement in the way that this store treats its employees by providing them with the proper tools (responsible employees) so that they are successful and do not have to struggle with a Thursday morning lunch rush.

The sub, a crime against creation on the plate my face was filled with despair. The bread was like a sponge, clung pathetically to the within—mayo and mustard intermingling into a nauseating concoction. Wilted lettuce, with a slimy embrace, joined the sorry ensemble. The cheese, once promising, had transformed into a rubbery afterthought. As one dared to take a bite, the clash of textures and the cacophony of conflicting flavors created a culinary disaster, leaving an indelible mark of regret that lingered on the palate—a sad testament to the potential lost in a symphony of culinary chaos.

Went to get my husband a sub for lunch a little after 11am today. There were employees inside and the door was locked and the open sign was off. According to the hours listed on the door they open at 9:30. Is this place closed down?

“Open” sign turned off and door locked at 3pm on a Saturday. There are employees inside and website says they are open. This is the worst Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to. Last time I walked in they were blasting music in the back and even after they saw me they moved slow and acted inconvenienced by me being there. Just a weird experience every time at this location

I love Jersey Mike's but this location is bad. Wasn't the cleanest inside but most irritating was how stale the bread was. It was like eating croutons.
