Freaky Fast? That’s a joke. We waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Us and the car in front of us ended up cancelling our order because it took too long. When we asked for an ETA on our food the response was “we’re preparing a catering order”. The team at this location seriously needs to improve on their time and task management skills. Will not return to this location.

You better walk in for your order and not get delivery. It took an hour for me to get one sandwich delivered .5mi away. The people over the phone are amazing but they really need delivery drivers who are good at delivering. I don't know how common it is for delivery places to allow a passenger..

They hiked up the delivery fee. It's not fast like it used to be. Their promotional emails require you to spend a lot of money in order to get a deal. They take away loyalty rewards at random. Greedy corporations are the reason capitalism is failing.

Horrible food service, the two young adults working the counter were being unhygienic, no one was wearing gloves and the one boy picked his eye crusties and then rolled it around and flicked it away onto the counter. He then proceeded to handle our food. Before coming up to window we had to wait, as he finished his text message on his phone. He did not wash his hands after handling his device and picking his face. The girl was just eating. I noticed the bread on her sandwich was soft and white, meanwhile my mother’s was burnt and hard, she ended up cutting her gums while eating it. She could not finish her meal and threw it away. I am very upset at the lack of hygiene, and I’m disgusted. I am also upset that we had to wait for him to get off his phone before serving us and our meals. We were the only customers there. 0/10 experience, I do not recommend.

They deserve 0 stars. Ordered online and went to go pick up. Employees didn’t even acknowledge they had customers. 2 customers walked out cuz no one had helped them and the place was empty. An female employee was making a large order and told us when we walked in, she hadn’t even started our order yet, we waited 20 mins in store and several customers orders were taken and they were in and out. I go back up to the counter and the female (rude at this point) commented “your order has been sitting here. I finished that a long time ago.” As our food sat on their back counter, was I supposed to hop over the counter and get my food? I’ll never return back to that JJs, I see way they have 3 stars. Awful customer service.
Are you looking to repeatedly have your simple order take almost 2 hours to be completed? This location is your choice! I have given them the benefit of doubt with their excuses. However at this point, it's just habitual terrible service.

Went in for a late lunch with family. Service was prompt and friendly. Establishment was very clean. Food was typical Jimmy John's: simple sandwiches done well. Bread was fresh and sandwiches tasty. Good portion size for the price.

I come here often and get the same thing every time and without fail it tastes good, every single time. The staff are nice and things are delivered in a timely matter when we order online. Been going here for nearly three years and they have yet to disappoint.
