This is still the worst McDonalds in the Colorado Springs area. 25 minute wait for a regular value meal is unacceptable. Please hire an actual manager for this location.

A bunch of kids who feel the need to play around with customers food and drinks. On duty manager just sits back and allow orders to pile up while customers waste time waiting to receive paid/cold food. Hell sometimes customers have to go inside to get food because they forget you are waiting for your food.

This McDonalds has the worst customer service. It’s not only today that they have provided terrible service but my experience today pushed me over the edge. I was basically told that them getting my order wrong was my fault and the girl hung up on me and will not answer the phone now. Why is it so hard to get good customer service when some of the food service people are paid well over what they work for?!

If I could take my balls , and then slam them in my nightstand drawer I would at least know for a fact the certain pain of the drawer will be coming. I cannot say the same reliability is comparable this particular location.Hopefully you’re not in a rush or you have Alzheimer’s because they’ll forget most of your order and still charge you for everything. I think $20/hr is fair

Came up and ordered drinks inside. DRINKS! A large coke and a large sweet tea. And waited for about 25 minutes for drinks. This place has no absolutely no interest in being tentative to the front orders. But I had watched as people getting food in the drive thru faster then me. And people who came in and ordered food after me getting the food faster than drinks.

This location has the worst customer service. While going through the drive thru you can't get any of the employees on the speaker. When asking for assistance they give nothing but attitude. An employee there literally told me to back my car up and get in the other line if i didn't like how long to was taking. This behavior at this location is completely unacceptable and rude. Avoid this location at all costs.

I really dislike McDonald's but this location is one of the only 1 that has no dine in at 7pm on a Saturday. I just wanted to order for my kids cause they like it and take home. Yes I could have ordered online but makes no since why they are the only take out only store. My car can not idle so can not go through drive through and it's dumb that I would have to sit out in the parking lot to order online. If I business can not be a real business should they really be open?

Customer service at this McDonalds (closest to my home) has been going downhill for some time. I will have to take my business elsewhere. Today, I went through the drive-through around 10:30am: only 1 car ahead of me, no one behind me initially. After paying, I was given my drink, then asked to pull into pickup spot #1 (ordered burger with ketchup only). I waited there 10 minutes, then went inside to get my order, since no one brought it out. The staff member at the register said it wasn't there. The manager brought another bag out and, when I looked closer, I saw my bag (3 orders backed up at this point). I called over the manager, asked her for the bag, and told her I had been waiting for 12 minutes. No reaction, no response. And the burger was not customized, either.

Sándwiches bread was burn I didn’t ask for a refund because I’m not that type of a person who likes to waist food. But food was very disappointing. Cashier lady-manager was very nice tho.

I ordered a double cheeseburger ketchup, and a large order of French fries. I was very surprised that my burger was correct so I ate it first on my way home. I got home and my large fry that was around $4 in price was not even half full. Had I ordered a small fry I would have been happy, a medium I would have felt cheated but as a large I was beyond pissed and felt completely ripped off. This seems to be the normal experience anymore where one item is correct but that's the limit wether ordering 2 items or 12 only ones will be correct. It's beyond frustrating because MC Donald's is my favorite fast food but the standards and hoops they make you jump through to get incorrect or poorly made food makes me feel like I should quit going to McDonald's all together. The picture is of my large fry before eating even 1 and being made to sit for over 10 minutes while the cooked them
