I have ordered from Noodles and company several times. I really love their Pad Thai dish spicy hot really delicious. This is one of the dishes I can have since I have a gluten intolerance.They have excellent customer service skills and that is really important to me.I’ve never ordered in the restaurant.I’ve ordered by phone and did a pick up because of my recent surgery.

I cannot say enough great things about the following staff:The Cooks: Stephanie & Nathan ALWAYS: 100% Make my Pad Thai PERFECTLY! I do need to customize at times, and, I'm not kidding: If Stephanie &/or Nathan are working, I know my meal will be perfect! Also, Eben: The Manager, he's ALSO awesome, and is great with double checking to ensure everything is as it should be! The times that I have visited, he remembers me, and is: Very Profesional, as well as being exceptionally personable!Finally, Alison has been taking care of me, for ages & ages: She is also very professional, and Extremely kind and considerate!I would ignore the "old," reviews and give them a try! And, I will be returning, as well as I DEFINITELY Recommend this location - (I cannot speak to the other Noodles.) Kudos, to the Management & Staff for their exceptional hard work...we DEFINITELY APPRECIATE YOU (ALL!)

Came in at 6:00 and it was very dirty. The kitchen was trashed and the floors were nasty. We placed our order and waited almost 15 minutes for 2 pastas even though we were the only ones there. At one point I did hear one of the employees making fun of my order pretty loudly. Instead of standing there mocking my order she should have grabbed a broom. Never coming back to this location ??
My husband and I both ordered the Japanese Pan entrees with steak and it was DELICIOUS! The girl taking orders was in training and the guy with her was so kind and helpful. Great people and great food. Thank you for serving us Texans!

The foods always fine, but please teach your people to wash their hands when they get back to the line. She went from whipping stuff down to putting lids and toppings on peoples food without washing her hands. Gross.

Like most people, I don’t really expect great customer service anymore when eating out. However, from the cashier to the cooks everyone here made our meal more enjoyable. The food was great, the staff in the back offered us recommendations, checked in on us multiple times, and even brought out a bowl of water for our pup. Great work! I wish I caught all your names so I could shout you out
