07 jan 24. 1020 pm.I just watched a young lady making a pizza with her bare hands. She placed each topping with her bare hands. When finishing she dusted her hands off by rubbing them together and rang me out my receipt. Is this how the pizza I've been getting here prepared?

We got a late night pizza order tonight and already felt bad because it's a couple days before the holiday. We were lucky enough to have Ried as our delivery driver and we couldn't be happier. The food was fast, hot, fresh, and delicious. Ried was sweet as can be and very professional. Thank you Pizza Hut we will absolutely order again!
Teririble delivery experience. They use door dash to deliver, and the driver took our pizza on a 2 hour joyride. Wow.

My family ordered delivery, everything was fine until my sister opened the box. She found a large piece of dirt imbedded in her pizza. We called the phone number and originally got no answer, but once we did after we said there was dirt the person on the phone went quiet and didn't say anything. We called back a second time and had gained someone's attention, but ultimately the staff didn't believe us. This is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous, don't come here unless you're looking for dirt for dinner.
The pizza was not good. The service was not good. The girl who checked me out was rude and annoying on top of it. We won’t be coming back to this place.

online ordering takes 30 to 45 minutes due to the webpage being messed up. you earn points for free pizza that you can not use. I have spoken to the store and corporate about this issue and they do not care

I've always enjoyed Pizza Hut. It may be a carry out chain now, but it's still good food. It was warm and ready very fast. The employees were also very kind and nice, whether fake or not doesn't matter, I haven't had good customer service at a major food chain in a long time. It was very pleasant.

Took that first bite of the bread stick and almost threw up! So old or spoiled. I'm not even sure how something like that gets sent out. Never ever will I order from Pizza Hut again! Disgusting

They changed it to 3rd party delivery 1 hour later and door dash cancelled the order. I call the store and the day oh it's being delivered now by there driver over a hour! Ridiculous
