Fries were frozen. Asked if they could bring new fries the second batch was refied and cold with a hair in it. Worker had no idea what to do came out with manger and 2other people. Offered to remake AGAIN but would take 3 minutes. Now sitting in stall #5 for 10 minutes still no fries. Service is a 2/10

Paid 0.61 cents for one cherry to be added to my strawberry limeade . Drink was great but one cherry is crazy . At least wanted two for the price I paid for .

Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger without pickles, I repeat 3 times no pickles, what a coincidence I get 5 pickles on it, the French fries overcooked, the onion rings almost got me throwing up, I didn't pass by this location for months, and I get another bad experience in a way I don't want to go to Sonic again.

WORST experience ever. Pulled into a stall and ordered, after 25 minutes called to check on the order and they couldn't find it. As we were backing out to leave a worker told us the order was given to a drive through order and they could get ours ordered. Which means someone else got the wrong order. We told them no and left. Their incompetencies lost business.

Recently visited Sonic Drive-Thru and ordered two burgers and two corn dogs. However, my experience left much to be desired. Upon receiving my order, I noticed the employee had a dirty uniform and, to my dismay, the bag contained an entirely different order. Returning to the drive-thru, the staff member showed no remorse or apology, instead displaying a rude attitude as if it were my fault. The food was predictably cold upon inspection. Despite hopes of improved management, this experience suggests otherwise. It's disheartening to see consistent negative reviews, perhaps indicating a need for improvement or closure. Is there no corporate inspections?

The food was great but waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes and they forgot my drink.

They had the drink made fast. But the soda in the drinks was out. So it tasted like carbonated water not what it should taste like. They put my kids slushes in clear plastic cups instead of styrofoam cups. My wife's cherry limeade was trash. The dirty fanta I ordered was trash and made upside down and didn't look like what it should. People have no work ethic these days. If you're hired to do a job just do your job. It is not rocket science. The only thing half decent was my wife's corn dog. Bad business. They need new management and the owners need to start caring about what is happening at their restaurant.

As a doordasher it is a waste of time to get orders from here. The guy who asked what my order was literally sat down AND he asked me if the order had food or if it was just the drinks after FIFTEEN minutes of being AT THE WINDOW.

No customer service at all we sat their for around 20 mins and we had no response after we pressed the button. Overall I think that the place could offer some sort of reassurance that it is open and functional.
