I hadn't been to Wendy's for several years. I ordered the kids hamburger meal which is plenty for me. The fries look different. I enjoyed my meal with my sister.

We went there for lunch after church and it was freezing in the lobby. I asked if they could turn on the heat and I was told the manager said he was too busy to turn on the heat even though there weren't very many people there. It's obvious that the manager does not care about his customers.

The girl working the drive thru at 1130 pm on 9 March 2024 was super unprofessional. She was slurring her words and had delayed speech. While waiting for the food she was cussing and complaing and I've never seen it that bad before. I was even more surprised to see the manager not say anything about it. If you are gonna complain about how long work is taking then maybe chat and complain less and grind out the rest of your shift. It might go by faster

Worst fast food restaurant in town. Takes 15 minutes to serve 1 car in the drive thru. After multiple customers give up and leave you're greeted with a extremely sad order taker. You can literally hear the disgusted tone in their voice if you order more then 1 thing. After you get your food 45 minutes later it's completely wrong. Baconaider breakfast burgers missing the beef Patty's and every sandwich is either cold or missing something. I give up on this restaurant

food is okay, they're good about customizations but i've frequently gotten cold food. frosty machine is down a lot - they do offer a substitute drink though. no refunds on anything, if they're out of something you're out of luck. once received an order from here that had 90% of the items missing; i ordered two meals with drinks and two desserts but was given two sandwiches, a fry, and the wrong drinks. it only happened once, so maybe just a bad day.

This is by far the worst wendys location I have ever been to. No one has a clue what is going on, and this is a reoccurring situation. The food takes forever even when you order 2 items. I don't think I have ever received a complete and correct order. And if you try to get your order corrected, you will be met with hostility and extremely sour attitudes. It's hardly ever busy and still can't seem to get anything correct. Extremely poor business. Super disappointing.

I used to go there because of the great chili they used to have. Used to are the key words. I ordered a bowl of chili and what I was given was soup. Exactly, SOUP.There was no ground beef at all. Some beans and lots and lots of red chili taste SOUP. I took it back to the counter and I was told: Sorry but the lady who makes it is gone for the day.As if I was asking to speak with whomever. They didn't care about what I was trying to say. There is nothing left of what it used to be.
