After so many bad reviews, I was timid to try it, but our food was ready when the app said it would be. 4pm on a Sunday, 19 minutes. For only 2 people working, they were pumping out orders!

No other way to put it, this place sucks. I went twice. Ordered online both times. Showed up about 10 minutes after the time that the order should have been ready. And waited an hour for food. I won't even try a 3rd time. No excuse for this. They had an excuse when the place first opened. Working the "bugs" and all that. But its been well over a year, and maybe almost 2 years, and I still see the bad reviews. Time to replace management and get rid of the teenagers working there.

I just got my order they repeated everything back so I figured it was correct. I live about 45 minutes away ( my fault for not checking) my 15 bbq wings were missing and fry. And the original hot were short wings. We spent around $90 and our family was left still

First time ordering from wingstop in Fountain. Was not aware they are contracted with doordash. Ordered the 10pc wings with carrots and a 20 oz drink. Received the food under the estimated time, however, the 20 oz drink was received. I contacted the store, they said the drink and food was picked up. I contacted the driver, they said only the food was listed......So, contacted door dash which put me through wing stop customer service. So needless to say, I'll not being using the delievery service from WS and will await my refund just for the drink from whoever takes responsibility for it not being delivered.Other than that, wings were hot and tasty, but man, wish I had my 20oz sweet tea to wash it down.
