The food was good. Pricey, but you would expect that for Copper Mountain. The margarita got rave reviews at our table. I had a taco salad, and it was delicious. Someone else at the table got a veggie burrito, and I have to admit, I was jealous. It looked amazing and huge!2 things need work. Excellent Mexican cuisine! We are Texans and know a little about this subject. The house salsa is amazing! We took some to go we liked it so much. Portions are generous and tasty. We loved our meal and highly recommend!

The food was the best Mexican food I have had at a restaurant! As soon as I got there I was greater very nicely and sat down with my group. Everyone was very friendly. But portions which is perfect because you can take some to go and eat it at your house. Everyone in my group said the food was delicious.
