Our waitress was horrible. We ordered the food and when I told her I wanted to order more, she sad she would be back. Never came back to our table. She was ok visiting the two table next to us. I had to ask a server the next table over to get our waitress. When she came, she gave the excuse it was busy and she forgot. Really, it seem like they were very racist in there. She never forgot the Caucasian customers. She left us with plates stacked up and I to send it back when they cleaned the next table. Never got any refills. I should have not tip that $45 since the service was not worth that amount. Please save your money. Don't go here!!!

Food was amazing. There was only one server for like 15 tables. Which is 100% not the servers fault. But I will say when we got the service the food and drinks came out fast. Overall a great experience

We came back for our another one of our son's birthdays, and it was just as amazing. We had a reservation, but as we left for dinner we encountered horrible weather that turned the roads into black ice. We made an attempt to still get there but an accident completely shut down the road. When calling to cancel, they were gracious in accommodating the same reservation the next evening. Our service was great the next night. And Kaylene came by to make my son's day special by buying him birthday dessert. Awesome and will be back again!

Had a reservation....Not crowded, but couldn't get our food 50 minutes after we ordered, so we confronted the waiter and a few minutes later went to the manager. He said it takes awhile to make sushi...well, if it was crowded we would understand, but it wasn't. Won't be going back...

We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday! Everything we had was delicious! We tried a little bit of everything. The poke was amazing! Highly recommend this place as it has something for everyone!

Reservation was easy, we even delayed by 30 minutes next day. We were greeted at the entrance and got a nice table for two. Service was perfect, knowledgeable, and we had a nice talk about food. Food was perfect, trout in two different styles. Tuna sashimi like in Japan. Sapporo beer on draft and good sake. Gyoza was perfected above Japanese standards. Since it was my birthday, an ice cream gift was offered with a little candle. We will recommend this restaurant to everybody !

Horrible service. Waiter completely ignored us and was rude when he did come to our table. Not usually one to complain but definitely spoke with manager on our way out. Food was not good at all. You can get better sushi at your local grocery store. Total disappointment. Would highly recommend NOT going here

We eat at Kemosabe every time we ski the Summit area. The Shooters were a fun addition to our meal. We loved all our ensue choices but our favorites were the Monster Spider Roll and the Tuna TarTare.

We were sat in the former patio and it was cold and hot at the same time. You could feel the breeze from outside and the heat from overhead. Our waiter was less than impressive. We had to ask for silverware, wasabi, and ginger with our sushi. He was less than attentive and we had to wave other staff down multiple times. Frustrating when you make a reservation a week ahead of time and get stuck on the patio! Food was good but atmosphere wasn't.

We have been eating at Silveheel's for years, and it has gone downhill recently. The atmosphere and service are not what they once were. It is no longer our go-to place in Frisco.

We had a wonderful dinner on NYE. I made a 6:15 reservation and our table was available right when we arrived. Great atmosphere and our waiter Jaheet (unsure of spelling) was very friendly and accurate with our orders. We had edamame, tuna tartare, sushi and the peanut Hawaiian poke bowl and all were delicious! Very happy with our decision to eat here.

I've been coming here for many years, but this visit quality of the food seems to have gone down I used to rave. It was the best sushi place I've ever been to. Sushi was still good, but not as good as in the past. We visit about four times a year and always make a point to go here. Could be the holiday season so we'll certainly try it again.

Sadly this wasn't a good choice for dinner especially on Christmas but it was the only place we could get a reservation. To begin, our water glasses were dirty, when asked for a replacement they brought us dirty glasses again. The waiter was apologetic which was good. The food was subpar to say the least. We were quite surprised based on the reviews at how terrible this dinner was.

We got some bad sushi that we had to send back. Our waitress insisted my salad dressing was gluten free but I was later told that it was not. Very loud restaurant and ambience wasn't great either.

The food here is always good. We got the wantons and sake. Great! We saw the place seemed to be serving very slow so we ordered right away. The order came after an hour of waiting. The issue? They were down a server. So I get that but wouldn't good management have people in reserve? So the place was packed and everyone waited. Here is the star in this, though. Their primary chef was waiting tables. Now that is cool! Talk about doing something below you with out complaining! The food was amazing! We got the fish tacos and fried rice with the pork butt. Incredible! So advice would be for management to create that reserve so this doesn't happen again.
