“Very nice, newer Pizza Hut in an updated area of town. The food was very, very good! Infact, I wish the Pizza Huts I frequent across the State of Wyoming could come down here and get some training from these guys, because good Pizza Hut Pizza is the only thing I've had since coming to Colorado.I was using coupons and the employees questioned them extensively, which I always find irritating. Otherwise it was flawless execution from beginning to end.“
“We are regulars here and absolutely love the long time servers. Only complaint I have is that when they started the barcode scan order/pay we thought it was great and the servers let us know that it helps them a lot if we can pay using that method. Problem is, it never works. It’s always showing the wrong amount compared to the printed bill and doesn’t show our rewards. From what we understand the servers get extra “bonus points” for this and it’s unfortunate that it almost never works. We love this place and want these awesome servers to get all the extra credit they deserve. They work extremely hard and we really appreciate their service.“
“We sort of gave up on Chili's a few months ago after the poor service, being seated at a ripped out booth in a completely empty restaurant at a dirty table. After going to Aztecas a few times & enjoying their food but not the $29 horrible margaritas my husband missed his Chili's margarita so we went. We were seated at a completely wet table with all the food wiped onto the booth and I asked the host to bring a napkin back to dry the table off she never returned. Our server Sarah turned the entire experience around. She was delightful and full of energy. She is the best server I have ever had at Chili's or anywhere in Grand Junction and was so happy to even meet a normal employee in an establishment who had a friendly attitude and a smile. Why is that out of the norm now ? I've never seen Nachos that looked like this before, but they were good. The fajitas are better. I miss the days when they brought you chips & salsa when you were seated. It made you more likely to order the table side guacamole & a cocktail. I will call and ask if Sarah is working and request her section next time we go back.“
“They do a good job! Good service, always clean when I go in to pick up (1 x mo) and friendly students working on pies and taking money. Order is always right, hot and tasty. Consistent and a little expensive because of the tourists. Oh well! Thanks for being here, because of the tourists LOL“
