Ordered dinner to go. When I opened my food, I had 4 1/2 onion rings. I paid additional money to replace my fries. When I tried to call the store, I got a message stating that the mailbox was full.

Got to the drive thru at 12:50 and was car number 3. It took forever! Then I had to remind them they forgot my drink. Total time spent in the drive thru was 35 min!!!!!This is not the first time...just the longest. I will not go back again.

Had two blizzards on two separate occasions this week and got terrible stomach issue both times. I'm not at all lactose intolerant so it's def something in the blizzards. Ice cream is the only reason I eat here so I won't be returning. Staff was friendly both times.

They never have anyone working and they only care about servicing those in the drive thru line. We waited 30mins to place our order at the counter and then waited another 20 mins for our order then only half of the order came out and waited another 10 mins for the rest of our order it was only ice cream it can’t be that hard no other customer in the store. Manager just hanging outside while there is only 2 employees inside. We will not return walked up to see what was taking them so long and no one was even making the ice cream.

Standard Dairy Queen fare. Seems they prioritize the drive through over the in restaurant eating so had to wait about 20 minutes for the food while they served every car that passed through the drive in.

The wait for food is awful. Waited 40 minutes for my food just for Alex to forget half of my order. He then precided to argue with me and he also had his ear buds in so he couldn't even hear me. I got my food 40 minutes later just for the ranch to be watered down and the French fries cold and soggy. Do not recommend

This Dairy Queen has always been one of the restaurants in Fruita I stay away from because the people at the counter and the people they call management are rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I recently came in and the person behind the counter who claimed she was management was rude and if that wasn't bad enough she had visible hickies on her neck! Disgusting!!! That will be my last time coming there!!

Every time the order is wrong and every time you bring it back same excuse that they don't have what you ordered. Then tell me up front and I will find something else. Order vanilla you get chocolate, order brownie bites you get chocolate chips, so on yet when you ask before ordering they say they have it or you can get it that way then ... Nope! The wait is ridiculously long even when no one is in front of you. Staff is the rudest of all fast food places in the area. It would be best if this place just closed and some other restaurant replaced it like Cold Stone.
