I ordered a combo meal a asada chimichanga,rice and beans when my order came the chimichanga had greasy ground beef instead of asada,the refried beans were watery,the rice was so so. After the waiter brought my food he never came back one time to see how I was doing so I couldn't tell him about my meal,horrible service! My water cup set empty until I finished my meal the thing was it wasn't busy at all what happened to my waiter?? No one else came by to ask if everything was okay as well, after I finished my meal I paid and left out of frustration my frustration equals no tip why would I tip for a subpar meal and bad service!

Tuesday evening, this restaurant was close to my hotel and I wandered in for dinner. Clean and colorful, cheerful atmosphere. Amusing tabletop decor of Frida Kahlo and the salsa was hot enough (5*!) to make Ms Kahlo raise her unibrow. It was about 430pm, restaurant seemed mostly empty. The ranchero wrap was OK but overall I'm not happy because: 1. Music too loud. 2. I kept having to look for staff 3. Server was disconnected in every way: No offer of water I wanted extra salsa. It was never offered One napkin for a massive meal like that is thoughtless and useless I asked for a to-go box, one about a third of the size I needed for the left over food was provided. No offer to help box it. I was left precariously holding the platter like a violin while I tried salvaging the remaining food. Food was displaced on the bottom of the plate and on the table. Server failed to return and ask how was the food No care was given to presentation or customer service. Disappointing and overpriced food, not going to return.

Eat here! It's unfortunate that some may have experienced a bad time but I ate here two days in a row for supper, back to back, because it's really the best Mexican food I've had in a lot of years in Colorado. The staff is a bit awkward but only because they don't know how to take the patrons sometimes, the cultural gap in this area can be intimidating. The staff here is extremely kind and attentive if you yourself are polite and attentive, I'm very happy with the whole establishment from food to customer service, I highly recommend and I'll frequent the place any time I'm in Fruita! Take the time to stop in, the food is nothing short of amazing.

Came in here a few days ago mainly because that restaurant inside that truckstop down the street closes at 2pm. How ridiculous is that? Anyway, I'm glad I came to this place. Service is very good. The food is much better! I had the seafood fajitas. Nice big shrimp, the fish (cod I think it was) good sized and tasty, along with scallops. I've never before in my life seen a Mexican restaurant that includes mushrooms (big slices) on their dishes. So trust me, if you like seafood and mushrooms you'll really like this place.

We were on vacation visiting Colorado National Monument and saw this restaurant on the way in Fruita. We went at 3:30 in the afternoon and we were the only ones there (but not for long). The bathrooms were super clean and I glanced into the kitchen which was also very clean. I started out ordering a house margarita which was very good. I judge Mexican food with a Chile Relleno and he checks out the cheese enchilada. They offered a crisp version of the Chile Relleno which I had never tried, and after Carlos, our server said it was the best, I had to give it a try. It was heavenly delicious ? The enchiladas were a winner also! Will definitely visit this place in the future. Excellent.

We came here to visit my parents who live in Fruita and chose to eat here. The food was good but Service was awful! Servers seem to have their favorite patrons who they were attentive too and kept skipping by us. There were five is us and we asked for a refill on chips and salsa after running out and was provided with one chip dish and one red salsa (small portioned dish). No refill provided on my ice tea and no one came to ask us if we needed anything after having our dinners brought to our table. The food was good and portion size was comparable for price but would not recommend due to Service.
Fantastic food and the speediest service in Fruita! The staff is amazing, chips & salsa always slaps, and the jumbo margaritas are dangerous but delightful!

Food is good, but service is horrible. We've been here a number of times, and they could care less whether you're there or not. More tortillas? Forget about it. Another marg? Nope, no one is coming by to ask.

I had supper here after visiting the Colorado National Monument. It was a very hot August day but I walk next door and sat at the bar. Noah was the bartender and he quickly got me an ice cold bottle of Coors Light. I got the shredded beef burrito and it was delicious it came out hot and fast. If you are in Fruita I highly recommend this place I think four guys greeted me when I came in all very friendly and welcoming. All the employees were very nice and the food was delicious the beers were ice-cold what else could you ask for!
