YUM! Chicken vegan salad was so good. The owners are super friendly and funny. They have unique food options and daily specials. Beautiful outdoor seating. First time coming to this place and I got to say, best Bratwurst I’ve ever had. Everything from the topping, to the bread, and to the bratwurst itself was a 10/10. If this is how good they can make that taste, I’m excited to try the rest of the menu.Also, a big plus, is that its a nice food truck with a chill and spacey environment. Definitely recommend ??

Fruita has another food truck, one I highly recommend. Parked next to Bestslope Coffee, ProntoBronto features burgers, salads, and similar dishes. We each had a patty melt. Ingredients were fresh, and the sandwiches were prepared well. The spicy mustard was just the right touch. The staff was super friendly, and there is plenty of room for diners. Fruita needs more choices for food, and ProntoBronto is a welcome addition. We'll be back!
