We went on a day when a snowstorm closed just about every business. We were thankful that Chili's was open, but we were even more thankful for our server, who was very pleasant and a trooper for making it to work. I don't recall her name, but she did a great job!

This Chili's in particular was just not that welcoming. The hostess was not that spunky, excited person that we've usually been served by at most Chili's.First off I want to say that our server was 3 days new- as she stated.She was a VERY friendly person.But oh my, it took a LONG time for her to get to our table to get drinks. It took a long time to get our drinks. It took a LONG time for her to come take our order, and then it took a long time for her to place our order. So she was nervously attentive to us ONCE every so often. We were kind and patient with this young lady. Food was good, drinks were okay. The time we were there, though, was a LONG time.Vegetarian options: Black bean Burger was great.

Came in on Monday February 26th at 3:00pm didnt catch his name but the bartender was excellent. Perfect amount of hands on (refilled drinks almost immediately) and hands off (was not constantly at the table). 10/10 will be coming again! :)

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch there today, and they only had one waitress for the whole half of the restaurant! Maya did an outstanding job and the rest of the staff that was there created “team“ and they did a wonderful job. No one was aware that they were so shorthanded because of how they were able to work together. Keep up the good work!!

First off let me start by saying we had a rather large party and long behold, our wait was not significantly long. I’d say we waited a good 20 minutes or less to have our whole party seated. As far as the service we were greeted with awesome hospitality and accommodated to a T. Our orders were quickly received and the cooks made no mistakes with our meals. Everything came out in a timely fashion and freshly made, In all from walking in the door to grabbing my first bite I’d say 30/40 minutes max was the time it took to get our food, once again I say we were deep, and everybody food came out in a timely fashion. Upon reviewing the bill, everything was easy to pay and separate as the form of payment was digital. We were happy to leave appropriate tips and left satisfied. No one complained and everyone lived happily ever after.Parking: Not too far from the main entrance but if it’s a cold night it’s far enough to wear a winter jacket on your way to the doe! I know that!Kid-friendliness: This is a kid friendly environment and they have kiddie options to choose from as well.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible
Tried out the product from the store I reviewed earlier today. Chili's then hit the spot. The service was slow, possibly because they were understaffed. But they did their best and gave us some free dessert afterwards to make up for it! Worth it.
