JAX is the place for atmosphere and relaxing dining. The menu has something for everyone. If you're into Oysters, plenty varieties to choose from. GM and Staff are top notch!! Highly recommended!!!

Since there have been several negative reviews about the hotel, I wanted to give positive feedback about my recent experiences. My husband and I spent two nights five days apart in February at the hotel. The room and bathroom were in good shape and were clean. We liked the feel of the sheets, pillow cases and and towels. The shower heads provided a good stream of hot water. The staff was polite on check-in. The second night we had our dog with us and the hotel put us in the room I requested on the second floor by the stairs. When I checked out of the hotel, the desk person gave our dog a bone. She proceeded to eat it, leaving small pieces of bone on the floor. I started to pick them up and was told not to bother that they would take care of it. There are several restaurants in the complex so it’s easy to get a meal without having to drive somewhere.

First off all I downloaded digital key. Says walk right to room and check in. Did that with 4 bags in hand bypassing front desk as digital key/online check in was supposed to skip that step. Got to room and key did not work. Had to drag the bags downstairs to go to desk. 4 employees lounging at desk so casually thought they were customers. Employeee did apologize and get me a real key. None of the other 3 lounging employees offered to help me with my bags, kind of off put because they weee just hanging out. Got to room. Rooom was somewhat clean but so funky stuff on wall by desk. Desk and nightstand were dated and chipped old furniture. (Picture proof) Bathroom was ok but spots of mold in shower. Took shower and tub would not drain. Water backed up to past ankle deep. Had to grab a toothpaste cap to keep drain open. Stains on tub indicate this is a common problem(proof pictures). Then after shower to my surprise there were washcloths and hand towels stocked but no bath towels. I had to dry with a handcloth and hand towel. Called to desk to get towels which were delivered quick. Then went back to dry off completely and tub drained and lots of hair/lint/ stuff rimmed the tub. Very disgusting(picture proof). I did not call to change rooms because I was unpacked and didn’t want to move for my short stay. Breakfast Buffett was pretty good and bar/bar food good just limited menu. Bar tender Thursday night the 29th was really friendly . Did quick checks out through app and left the morning of 30th. It took me couple of days to review my receipt and found I was charged 2 days for parking when I did not have a car. I drove my Daughter back for college in her car and her car Was kept at her apartment in Denver. At no time didn’t I have a car but charged a $24 parking fee!! Today I called to talk to manager to resolve the issues. I was sent to a voicemail that told me to leave my name and number which I did twice. 2 days and no call so I will leave the appropriate reviews and contact Corporate. Expected more for a Hilton member. I expected much bettter but have found my IHG account is better on cleanliness and stays. Also stormed Wednesday night and walking out front door of hotel I slipped on ice on the driveway going to illegal burger to get food. Again multiple employee lounging behind desk while chunks of ice right outside front door for customers to fall on.

DO NOt check in via the Hilton Honours APP. As soon as you check in the hotel takes a “ Pre Authorisation “ fee from your card. Then on check out they take your actual charges and say that the “ Pre Authorisation “ fee will be refunded. Well my friends it’s taken nearly 30 days so far to get the refund to no avail. Nobody at Hilton is interested. Hilton Hotels have overcharged me $211. fir a one night stay. FORGET Hilton Hotels in future and Hilton Honours App. Finally , check in via the the APP and you get a really poor room overlooking a massive set of air conditioning fans as a privileged view .

While advertised as having a Cherry Creek location, that area is not within easy walking distance. This is an ok property with rather dated rooms and linens, and a short drive to the Cherry Creek area. The big issue is with amenities. Breakfast was unappetizing and non-existent on Thanksgiving morning. The espresso machine was long out of service (according to staff). It is dog-friendly, which is a plus. Not exciting, and ready for renovation and re-staffing.

Hate to write a bad review, but this was possibly the worst Hilton property I've stayed in. We had a five night stay while visiting our son over the Thanksgiving holiday, and really should have moved to another property. Hilton should be embarrassed to have this hotel in their portfolio. The good - Well, the room was comfortable, the view of the mountains off in the distance was nice enough, but that was it. The hotel is being run with a skeleton crew. While the front desk folk were friendly enough, it just wasn't enough. The restaurant was run by 1 person and 1 cook. The breakfast buffet or hot options are $13.95 plus tax and tip, yet the Hilton benefit is only $10. If you order a hot entree, there are upcharges to use the buffet. Food takes a long time to come, and there is no service at all, get your own coffee, juice etc.. Finally, it was the most unappetizing selection of food on the buffet, with a poor selection. Items ordered from the kitchen were fair at best. Nobody to help you. You place your oder standing and they relay to the kitchen. Someone might bring your food, but best to fetch it yourself when it is put up, as it might get cold. There is an additional fee for parking of $12 a night, yet there is no real dedicated parking. Five spots for the Hilton and then you are given a pass to park in a retail/restaurant parking lot with lots of cars and traffic coming and going. Really? The lobby looked and felt dirty, and our hot/cold water spigots were reversed. At times there was no hot water in the shower, and at one point no running water at all. As there is no scheduled housekeeping, we called for supplies and the desk said they would bring them up, never happened. We waited for the next day and searched for a housekeeper to obtain supplies. Perhaps if this property was staffed it might be acceptable, but I would say avoid and don't think we will return on our next Denver visit.

The staffing was on point, very professional and polite. They took care of my needs in a timely manner. The fitness gym was clean and neat, and the pool was warm. Peaceful stay with fast and friendly customer service.

We stayed at this property Oct 5-7 and it was a great experience. From Jonathan's texts and greeting to the front staffs friendliness and accomodating action, this was a wonderful stay. We had a change in plans on the back end of our week in Denver so we came back for the night of Oct. 10. This location is perfectly located with a Target two blocks away, shopping within minutes and restaurants that were accessible by both foot and a 5 minute drive. the staff and management are A+++

I have never been disappointed in a Hilton before staying here. The workers were rude and unhelpful. We had dirty things in our room that never got replaced even after talking to the front desk multiple times. We asked for our room to be cleaned and then left for the day. When we got back, someone had put a “service not needed” sign on our door and nothing was cleaned. The front desk workers seemed annoyed every time we approached and barely acknowledged any issue or request. Even at check in before anything was wrong the young man at the desk looked like he hated being there and hated that he needed to help us. We had to approach him and ash if he could check us in, no hello or welcome at all.

We stayed here one night on a road trip through Colorado. The hotel was very nice. Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. The location is great with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Seemed like a safe area. Breakfast buffet was good with made to order eggs. Price is 13.95 per person.
