What’s not to love about Jimmy John’s? I get the wraps, which are delicious. This spot doesn’t have a lot of seating. I recommend pickup or delivery. The team is really friendly if you go in!

The absolute worst JJ’s we’ve ever been to. Placed a catering order, went to pick up and realized my husband had mistakenly selected the day before as the pick up date. Completely our mistake. Even though it was the next day, our catering order was gone. No one bothered to place a call to us to ask if we were picking up or what to do with our large order (despite asking for cell phone #s on order form??). We would have gladly picked up and held until the following afternoon. They refused to work with us to remake even a portion of the order (even w/ us paying-again) despite being completely empty in the store. Refused to tell us where our sandwiches went and definitely didn’t offer a refund for missing food. Called the JJ on Colfax and they saved the day. We will never use this location again. Poorly managed and staff is incredibly rude. We love JJ catering and use it a ton but highly suggest avoiding this location and staff.

Was told by the delivery person that my account would be notated because I didn't tip this time. This was also the first time I was asked to sign for a delivery and he didn't bother to bring a pen. Overall was very rude. Food was ok.

Delivery was quick, but got more bread than sandwich. I got no cheese or bacon on my cubano. They also skimped out on the ham. Plenty of pickles though.

Ordered online at 11:34 and didn't receive my order until 12:45. If you're in a rush and trying to get a sandwich delivered "freaky fast" I would suggest a different option. Sandwich was also incorrect as I didn't request Dijon mustard on it and it was on the sandwich. It was also soggy as if it had been sitting for a while.
I've been waiting for TWO HOURS for a sandwich delivery. Each time I call, they say they're backed up with only one driver but my food will be here in 15 minutes. Never ordering from this location again.

Went there today to order a tuna 6". There wasn't tuna on 1/2 of the sandwich. The guy making my sandwich grabbed the plastic container out of the fridge with his gloved hands the proceeded to spread the tiny bit of tuna with the same hands he grabbed the plastic container with out of the fridge. Wasn't there a knife to spread the minuscule amount of tuna with? Freaky fast doesn't mean cheat the customer with your overpriced sandwiches and be sloppy about it too! I try now and again to get sandwiches from this place, as our company is pretty close and would love a little bit more consistency and something that is worth what you charge.

I ordered The Beach Club with *extra veggies*. They somehow charged me $15.99 for this pathetic mess. Where’s the other half of my sandwich? No chips/no drink? I thought maybe they gave me the wrong order but they confirmed it was for me. Isn’t there someone on staff who is monitoring the quality output here? This was a disgusting waste of time and money. You can go literally anywhere else and get better quality, service and value. Such a disappointment.

I work five minutes from Jimmy John's. I placed an order at 11am for a scheduled delivery at 3pm. It's 3:22 and they said they left ten minutes ago. I still don't have my sandwich. This is the second time this has happened

I had to leave a positive review after seeing the stars are so bad here lol. I went in today around 4pm and the two young men that were working were so nice and friendly, and super quick to make my 2 sandwiches to go! To be honest, this location has sucked in the past but whoever was working today deserves a shoutout. 5 stars!
