I felt semi-unwelcome. The service here was the worst part. The food was amazing. The building and atmosphere were decent and looked under the bridge towards the river. The only reason this isn't a 4 - or 5-star restaurant is because the people who run it. By all means, don't be turned down by the reviews. I suggest the burgers but don't get the fries, they're slimy. DONT COME HERE if you are in a bad mood or upset, it'll make it worse. Another strange thing about this restaurant is the digital pricing. You are given at a table a sheet of paper with a QR code. This code brings you to a website with the prices, unfortunately the internet here isn't the most reliable so it takes a while to load. Not a bad place to hang out and eat.

I think this is the best burger place I have been to! The burger was mind blowing and I found it interesting that they added mustard into it. The flavor combinations blew my taste buds away! They are very understaffed but this one waitress hustled the WHOLE time, it was very impressive! My sister got the loaded fries and omg I’ve never had anything like it! 10/10! Overall great food and environment, I recommend eating here in Glenwood.

When they took our cards and ran them, they added 20% for a "large party". Such a shady way to add money to the tab when they weren't servers to me at all. The waiter never spoke to me once.With the snotty bartender, the sneaky unethical waiter and the creepy cook that was staring awkwardly at everyone... this was a terrible way to end our vacation and we will not be back.I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever. Don't get ripped off here.

I said my guy has a food allergy, the lady just looked at us like we were crazy.The guy walking around helping tables was nice. Guy in the kitchen being the only cook I would imagine he would be conscious and paying attention to what he was doing....nope, he was on the phone from the time we walked in to the time we left.They weren't that busy and I had to go walk up to ask for the check. We were done for a few minutes just waiting for her to come check on us.Do better guys, that's terrible food safety and should have better standards.Vegetarian options: I asked for mayo on the side....they still put it on the burger.
