This is our second time coming through Hugo's. One last year. The food is absolutely top notch. We got fried rice balls as an appetizer and it was amazing. The waitress was super nice and gave us refills, so the service was good. The overall aesthetic of the place is so amazing, because once you go inside it's super classy, and "chill" feeling.

Terrible service. Waitress was rude to my date, and was combative when asked questions about food time. I never really write reviews but this situation was so disrespectful and disappointing I had to inform possible customers of the situation in this poorly managed restaurant. Overall terrible disrespectful service and really mediocre over priced food.

Today me and my father decided to dine in at Hugos (we are people of color). When we came in around 5:08 we were kindly greeted and seated, at this time it was us and three other tables. Appetizer was great, once we placed our orders we watched other tables come in. As time began to pass we continued to wait on our food we watched new people come in and the people who we were originally with leave. We continued to wait and at this time we watched our food be served to another table, I am certain this was ours because we overheard the waiter come back & let them know it was the wrong meal but they continued to eat it. Now it’s been over an hour and the table(s) whom were here after us had been served their meals. After another 10-15 minutes our waiter come back up to us (after avoiding us the whole time) and says there was “miscommunication in the kitchen” so we continued to wait and asked them to pack our meals to go. Service was terrible!! There was also a communication barrier between us and staff. When we got home and opens the bag one of the orders was missing.

Was looking for a restaurant for a celebration, and Hugo's fit the bill perfectly! The ambiance and service were outstanding, but the real highlight was the food. We indulged, so we tried a lot, and every single thing was delicious! Muscles, arancini, surf & turf, bolognese, seafood pasta - our table was raving. The cocktails were really tasty and strong, too. They couldn't find my Google reservation when we arrived but had no problem seating us right away. Met Hugo on our way out and he was delightful, which encouraged me to make sure to write this review and let everyone know how great our dinner was!

Fabulous Brunch. There were 3 of us. The restaurant was full of people and we could have a conversation. The plate presentations were incredible. I was there last April for my birthday and told my family that I want to go back this year. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Stopped in on vacation with the family. The food and service are impeccable! With two picky eaters, we had no complaints, and they criticize water. The staff amazing, the Chef no words could describe. I never leave reviews however my oldest daughter told me that we have to let them know they are the greatest restaurant ever!

Hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been too a must if you love food ?
From the moment you walk in your senses are titillated with the smell of fresh food. The ambiance is relaxing and classy, with staff that match from the time they greet you. The menu is expansive without being exhaustive. The drinks and food exceeded expectations and the desserts were fantastic. Highly recommended!

Another amazing dinner at Hugo's! The short ribs were melt in your mouth, and the salmon was cooked perfectly, crispy but not overdone. This is a must- stop when visiting Aspen, Vail, or Beaver Creek.

The food was okay, he overcharged us for the soup and charged us for side salad that was supposed to come in in the meal, it was only 10.50$ and the server changed us 15$ for the soup, my son’s chocolate milk was disappointment, most of it was just bubbles and a little bit to drink for 7$. I caught our server rolled his eyes on me because I had so many questions, that was our first time there so of course I was curious. Anyway we will not be going back over there and I will not recommend it to our friends who will be visiting Glenwood spring!!!!

this place is DELICIOUS! i feel like the outside is honestly deceiving, because the inside is a beautiful restaurant. the servers were so kind and super attentive. the food was absolutely delicious!! one of our new favorite spots. it is quality food. we really recommend this. it’s not the cheapest restaurant but you get amazing service and quality beautiful dishes. show is: surf and turf, tuscan shrimp pasta, and new york strip (blurry photo!!)
