I ordered for pick up here last week on my way to work an event and was given a sandwich with meat on it despite ordering a veggie. Didn’t have time to go back to return it and get the correct sandwich because I was on my way to work, so I tried reaching out to their customer service team with no luck. Never got refunded for my food and was stuck with a sandwich that I couldn’t eat and it’s been over a week now and I haven’t heard a single thing back from them. Horrible customer serviceVegetarian options: Even if you order a veggie sandwich they will give you one with meat. Highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Love that I can get a "little" Big John (roast beef sub). The size just right for me! Love the fresh-baked bread, happy atmosphere (employees seem like they are having fun, a jovial group!) & fast, efficient, good & friendly service. Also love signs posted, exhibiting positive American values & good humor.

This Jimmy John's is the best location I have visited as of yet. The building is awesome, and has historical value, and the service here has been consistently good and reliable. I have had the pleasure of having the owner in the store while I visited and he is positive, cares a lot about his business and employees, and was a joy to talk to. This location is a standout amoung jimmy johns locations and is always a pleasure to visit and get food from. I appreciate this Jimmy John's location and it's owner Matt very much. Great work guys!

My 3 year and I love this place. Legit order once a week. No reason to ever eat subway since Glenwood has a JJs. Great sammichs, friendly staff and funny signs.(I always laugh at the "Free smells" sign)

Fast & Delicious! I have lived in Glenwood Springs for 6 years, and occasionally stop here when I need a quick bite. I have never been disappointed. I usually order either the Chicken Caesar Wrap or a Tuna Sandwich. Today I tried the new Pesto Pasta Salad, as a side, and it was honestly pretty damn good. Also, the staff here has always been friendly in my experience. I typically use the drive through, so I haven't eaten inside. But I've never questioned the quality or cleanliness of the food preparation. I saw the other review regarding a fly trap. This is a fast food restaurant. It has multiple doors and a drive through. It's inevitable that they might get a fly every now and then, just like any other restaurant, home or apartment. The fly trap is actually a good thing for me, so I know that if a small fly were to make it into the building, they would be stuck on a fly trap instead of on my food. To anyone hungry for something fast and delicious, please don't be deterred by other customers ignorance! Like I said, I've been getting food at this location for over 6 years, and have always been satisfied.

Absolutely disgusting! This place was so gross. I saw a FLYTRAP! i wanted to barf. I had already bought my food and was eating when i saw it. It was so incredibly difficult to finish my food knowing there was a flytrap right above where they had just prepped it. The service was nice and the place was quiet. But wont be coming here again.

When they first opened they were great. Had awesome customer service great food but as time has passed I can't say that its stayed the same. Really it's hit or miss on if the order is correct, and it seems like the customer service just keeps going down. I work customer service so I understand that people seem more angry and harder to please but unfortunately it's what comes with a job that is customer service related. Sometimes you just have to keep a smile (even if it's not real) and do what you can to make them happy or if your just can't seem to please them just get their information to let a manager try make it right in the customer's eyes, but never should you yell or treat them badly... but maybe that is just my opinion.
