On February 9, 2024, I stopped at this subway with a college athletic team for lunch. One of our team members had a service dog. After we have already started ordering our sandwiches, the cashier told us dogs weren't allowed inside. I explained it was a service dog, but the cashier insisted otherwise, asking the dog to leave.The cashier then summoned the store manager while we waited for our sandwiches, who reiterated the policy that pets were not allowed. I again explained that this was a working service dog, detailing its role and tasks. Despite this, the manager ostentatiously called the store owner, returning to inform me that they would make a "one-time exception" but warned against bringing a service dog inside in the future.We would have left if we hadn't already ordered, so I asked the team to wait away from the counter. I didn't want the student with a disability to further endure further public humiliation from this Subway's staff and management.The incident upset our team, and we regretted stopping at Subway. It's unacceptable and disappointing that Subway's staff, including the manager and owner, seemed unaware of state laws regarding service dogs.

I went to order my daughter a mini kids sub. She got a ham sub and added a piece of turkey. The mini sub was $3.99 and they charged us another $3.49 to add a piece of turkey to it. The manager was not very nice when I told him that doesn’t seem right and he told me he wasn’t corporate. There is no way a kids mini sub should have cost me the same price as a 6inch or footlong.

They refused us service because my daughter has a service dog. She even had an episode in the restraint in which she needed him and they still said they weren't allowed. This was the worst experience ever and should be avoided.

Unfortunately this Subway has gone downhill and a recent rude and extremely unprofessional email I received from the owner of this particular branch in response to a feedback survey just proves how low they've gotten. You'd think it'd be easy enough to slap together a sandwich when the customer tells you exactly what to put on it, but it's almost like they've never eaten a sandwich before in their life. There's usually 2-3 kids "working" but only ever one behind the counter while the others mess around in the back, leaving the front a complete disaster and filthy. Do yourself a favor and go to Chomp's down the street.
Got here shortly after 8:30 and they had closed early. The sign on the door said they close at 9pm Monday through Sunday. Aside from that, when I've eaten here previously, the employees have been nice. However, they have messed up my online orders in the recent past.
